Many spiritual seekers, when they begin some kind of meditative practice, encounter a problem that they just can't overcome and progress in developing spiritual consciousness, this problem is the flow of thoughts.
Thoughts are an integral part of our consciousness, it is a gift that helps us interpret the reality that we perceive with our senses, compare it with previous experiences and draw certain conclusions. Without thoughts, our inner world, replete with impulses and impressions of various kinds, could not be cleared of negativity, but this accumulation of impulses and impressions would have a very negative impact on the consciousness of people.
All of the above can be overcome thanks to mental activity, which helps us recognize, analyze, understand the reasons for their occurrence and, thus, outgrow them. The same thing happens with impressions from phenomena, people and events that have their source in the external world.
Understanding the essence of the human psyche, the demiurges of the human species have developed a plan to stop its development in ways many of which are visible to us, but the reasons for which we cannot understand. One of the most important is to prevent the development of the spiritual consciousness of spiritual seekers, especially those who have reached the level of practicing some kind of meditation, because some of them, with the right method of meditation, can progress in the development of the spiritual part of their consciousness and enter Enlightenment. Such a possible development of the situation for demonists is a tragedy of enormous proportions, because by achieving Enlightenment and materializing it, you complete the cycle of birth and death on planet Earth, thereby becoming a Spiritualist who, through your activities, helps the development of the Children of the Earth and the Universe as a whole.
The thoughts that arise in your mind while reading this channeling are crucial to understanding its content, and you, Spiritual Seekers, are no exception. Namely, even after Enlightenment and its materialization, thoughts do not disappear, on the contrary, they are very alive and active, especially during meditation, which will be replaced by short periods of awareness without the content of thoughts. As you progress in meditation, the thought-free periods will become longer, as a result of which the meditation, subjectively experienced by you as lasting an hour, objectively lasted 2-3 hours.
All of the above are natural processes that spontaneously play out in consciousness and in which you do not need to interfere, since this will be an attempt to control the flow of thoughts on the part of your Ego. And where the Ego is present, there is no progress in the development of consciousness.
Outside the state of meditation, thoughts will be active to the extent that they are necessary, which means that short periods without the content of thoughts will also arise in your consciousness, as, ultimately, during meditation, because there is no need for them, thoughts.
On the spiritual planes, spiritual consciousnesses, immersed in the unity of the planes and the consciousnesses that execute them, communicate through direct experience by directing one type of energy beam to the consciousness with which they wish to communicate, and as soon as this beam touches it, it understands what the meaning of this contact is, or, in other words, spiritual consciousnesses communicate through insight.
When they communicate with us, the Children of the Earth, who are developing on the three lower planes of consciousness: physical, emotional and mental, they minimize the vibrations of their consciousness, so that we can interpret the information, knowledge and ideas that they convey to us through the mental part of our consciousness. In this way, thoughts help us understand spiritual phenomena, information and knowledge, which leads to our progress in the process of developing consciousness and entering Enlightenment.
