Let's Renew the Forests So We Can Renew Ourselves

In several previous articles, we emphasized the importance of forests for the survival and development of the human species, but we did not notice that they were given any importance. Currently, the percentage of oxygen in the air is 20.90%, when it drops to 19.50%, then we, the Children of the Earth, collectively, as a species, enter a state of hypoxia. The lack of oxygen in the body will cause the premature end of the life of people with serious illnesses, elderly people, people with heart and respiratory diseases..., premature babies, will then cause a significantly higher number of traffic, rail and air accidents and many other negative things that we are not aware of. All this, dear Children of the Earth, because of the lack of oxygen in the air.

The two main generators of oxygen on the planet are the algae of the seas and oceans (~50%), and the forests (~50%), throughout the land part of the planet. Algae are not threatened for now, but due to industrialization, over the last 150-200 years, the areas covered with forests have been greatly reduced, which caused the percentage of oxygen in the air to drop to a critical 20.90%.

2000 years ago, the percentage of oxygen in the air was about 42%, the maximum percentage of oxygen in the air that does not pose a danger to human and animal health is 47%. Such a percentage of oxygen in the air may seem impossible to you, especially if you live in a big city, but it is enough to remember the feeling of pleasure and energy after a weekend spent in the mountains, at 2,000 thousand meters of altitude, surrounded by an endless expanse of pine forest, for you to understand how much we have devastated and destroyed our planet over the last 200 years.

Based on medically conducted experiments, it is considered that for the human species an oxygen concentration below 19.5% and above 23.5% is harmful, forgetting that these experiments were conducted in such a way, that a mask was placed on the mouth and nose of the test subjects, attached with a hose to an oxygen bottle under pressure and screwed-unscrewed the valve.

However, in free atmosphere, the pressure is normal, regardless of the percentage of oxygen in the air.

The high percentage of oxygen in the air is the reason why people of earlier times were taller, larger and stronger, because a higher percentage of oxygen in the blood, better supplies food to the body cells and metabolic processes are more efficient. Within a nation, mountain people are taller and larger than people from the plains, due to the fact that they are surrounded by vast expanses of forests/higher percentage of oxygen in the air, unlike urban or agricultural plants, which are insignificant generators of oxygen. A very high percentage of oxygen in the air 6000-7000 years ago was the cause of gigantism in humans (giants) and animals, also, and longevity compared to today's average life span.

The ideal and objectively possible percentage of oxygen in the air that we could achieve in five or six generations, is 32%. In order for us to succeed in this, it is necessary that these words leave an echo in the consciousness of the Mighty Ones of the planet, shake them out of lethargy and satisfaction with their own life and move them in the direction that leads to the restoration of the forest fund of the planet Earth. The advantage of forests is that they can be planted on any type of land and terrain (plains, hills, mountains, sandy deserts in the continental climate zone...), without endangering the fund of arable land.

The night before last, during meditation, we were contacted by the Forest Fairy, who has been taking care of the forest where we have been living in a nylon tent for the past year and a half, and asked us to find a way, if possible, to restore some of the trees that were destroyed by the bulldozers that dug the channel for the power line, to renew them with a new one. For reasons known to many, our possibilities in this regard are very limited, but perhaps some of you, who are reading these lines, will be able to fulfill the request of the tender and selfless Forest Fairy, in her efforts to preserve the forest that she cares for.
