My estimation of the situation is:
You're seeing a mixture of genuine UFO's,
and high-tech Military drones, which were
sent up there to patrol the airspace,
and to get close-up high resolution photos
and videos of the UFOs.
The government will not reveal the
High Tech Drones, because they're Secret.
