Namely, Oliver, you were interested, that is, you noticed, that a large number of spiritual seekers who have received higher education, for some reason do not show progress in the area of spiritual development, that is, in the development of their spiritual consciousness. As you correctly understood, Oliver, the reason for this is their Ego, which in this case has a good basis for "evaluating" itself in this way. By the term "good basis" we mean the higher education of the above-mentioned spiritual seekers, which in most cases turned out to be an aggravating obstacle to the development of their spiritual consciousness.
By what we have said before, we mean that the Ego of spiritual seekers with higher education openly feeds their Ego-position, the position of individuals who deserve the highest position in all spheres of their activity, including in the field of spirituality. But fortunately, this is not so, because for us, the Spiritual Energies of the Universe, which permeate the entire Universe, your social, educational, material and financial... or any other level, it does not mean anything. What is important to us is the highly developed level of your spiritual consciousness, which is the result of the efforts invested in the development of your consciousness, which took place during all your previous incarnations.
When we notice that the incarnated Developing Consciousness of the Soul has already reached a high level of development of its spiritual consciousness, then we, the Spiritual Energies of the Universe that permeate the entire Universe, act in such a way that we carry out the process of Spiritualization upon it. This process has a very positive effect on its consciousness in the spiritual sense, which gives this Developing Consciousness of the Soul the opportunity to achieve and materialize Enlightenment in this life.
However, with spiritual seekers who are trapped in their Ego due to their higher education, this cannot be realized, because as long as the Ego dominates their consciousness, we, the Spiritual Energies of the Universe that permeate the entire Universe, cannot influence them in the sense of development and healing.
In an attempt to help spiritual seekers with higher education to get out of the trap into which their Ego has driven them, we, the Spiritual Energies of the Universe that permeate the entire Universe, say the following: every development is based on Free Will, which means that until a person himself feels the impulse to change, this cannot be achieved by any external actions.
By "external action" we also mean the action of ourselves, the Spiritual Energies of the Universe that permeate the entire Universe, but also the actions of other spiritual energies-consciousness. But if the spiritual seekers mentioned earlier, we mean spiritual seekers with higher education, feel the need to change their consciousness, we, the Spiritual Energies of the Universe that permeate the entire Universe, are ready to help them in the following way: it will be enough to sit in a meditation pose, close your eyes, put your hands on your knees, and when they feel that they have achieved peace on all three levels of their being: physical, emotional and mental, they should pronounce the following request within themselves:
"Please Spiritual Energies of the Universe to erase all Ego-relationships related to our higher education"
and we, the Spiritual Energies of the Universe, which permeate the entire Universe, will do everything possible to help you.
We must note that this request is not harmless, that is, it entails the erasure of the spiritual seeker's Ego-relationship connected with his higher education, which as a result, if its erasure is successful, then it loses interest in further work in the field of higher education with which the spiritual seeker has been dealing until then.
This of course does not mean that the field of higher education in question is wrong, but rather that intellectually, in a cognitive sense, there is a limit to growth and development, and that this growth and development of consciousness can continue, but only when the spiritual seeker frees himself from his Ego-attitude associated with higher education.
Otherwise, the person, i.e. the spiritual seeker, will not make any progress in developing his spiritual consciousness, but will spend the rest of his life believing that he has reached the peak of his consciousness and that there is nothing higher than higher education. This is, of course, not true, and the sooner spiritual seekers realize this, the sooner they will be able to get out of the trap of their Ego and continue to develop their spiritual consciousness.

Comment: It is certainly a challenging moment for anyone who has achieved a certain career: giving up everything you have acquired over decades is certainly not easy. What is decisive is a strong spiritual impulse, which will have a stimulating effect on the person, in terms of engaging in spirituality. If, however, the spiritual seeker does not sincerely and authentically feel the constant strength of the spiritual path, the call of his Soul, then he/she will not be able to separate himself from the Ego and progress in the development of consciousness.
