The National Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters (NCHCR) is very excited to inform you about their Passive Candidate Program. This program is exclusive to NCHCR and is only available to NCHCR members.
What is The Passive Candidate Program?
There are hundreds of databases and lists available for purchase cross the Internet. However, the vast majority of those data bases rarely contains personal contact information for a Physician candidate. Instead they are almost exclusively work related contact information. The NCHCR Passive Candidate Program contains the personal contact information of the candidate so they can be contacted at home either via telephone, cell phone or private email.
NCHCR has hired 6 full time professional profilers that contact a Licensed Physician and interviews them for the PCP program. These are Physicians that are generally not actively looking for an opportunity but have planned to do so within the year and are open to reviewing opportunities. Historically they have not posted their contact information on the internet or association sites.
During the interview process the profiler tells the Physician their information will be made available to NCHCR members and kept private. The profiler then obtains the personal contact information about the Physician, their specialty, where they want to work, and other valuable information that will help the NCHCR member place the candidate.
The Passive Candidate Program in a nut shell:
1) A profile is completed over the phone with the candidate if they agree to be contacted
2) Participating members of the PCP program will contact the candidate stating they are a member of NCHCR to help “open the door.”
3) We average between 10 - 12 new candidates a day (minimum of 200 candidates per month).
4) The candidate blend is 65% primary care and 35% sub-specialty.
5) We are calling 80% practicing physicians and 20% resident/fellowship.
6) PCP is exclusive to NCHCR members to protect the value.
9) Over 26,000 candidates profiled with personal email addresses and phone numbers.
