Terms of Use for Blood Pressure

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Blood Pressure (“the App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides health and wellness features including Pulse Measure, Pulse Log, Blood Pressure Log, Stress Checker, Water Tracker, and Activity Log (Steps/Run). The App may also offer additional features and updates at our discretion.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may only use the App under parental supervision and with consent.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may register an account using a valid email address (e.g., jubaljones@gmail.com). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Subscription Plans: The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions to unlock premium features. Subscription details, pricing, and billing cycles are displayed in the App Store.
Billing and Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds: All payments and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store policies. Contact Apple Support for billing issues.

6. License and Use of the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your iOS device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Use the App to collect personal data of others without consent.
Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials in the App are the property of their respective owners. You acquire no ownership rights by using the App. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Apple Health, analytics providers). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jubal Jones and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
