Water shortages across the planet hinder the development of societies and cause migration. Water shortages hinder the development of agriculture and stimulate the development of livestock farming, because it is easier to keep livestock alive (and then use it as a food source) than grains, vegetables, and fruits. Water shortages lead to the poverty of flora in the region with water shortages.
And water sources are mainly of two types: underground/surface watercourses and atmospheric precipitation.
If a certain region is poor in underground and surface watercourses, and if, due to its geographical location, there is a lack of atmospheric precipitation, then the population inhabiting this region will be deprived of the opportunity to develop in accordance with their capabilities and desires.

Each humidity condenser is essentially a permanent moving drop of water that little by little but almost constantly supplies the plant's root system, which it helps to develop and survive. This means that the humidity condenser is stuck in the ground, close to the trunk/stem of the plant, which supplies it with droplets of water that soak its root system.
During the day, the humidity of the air changes its value, which depends on the season, the geographical location of the region, atmospheric conditions that change during the day, etc. But what is important to know is the morning and evening waves of condensation.
You know that the Universe is filled with an unlimited number of energies, each with its own purpose and characteristics. Part of these energies are the energies called "Kan" and "Li" in the Taoist philosophical system, meaning "Water" and "Fire". From the name of these two global energies - global in our solar system, but also in the entire cosmos*, you understand their basic properties: the energies of Kan, because their action produces cold, darkness, compression ..., while the energies of Li represent energies of heat, light, expansion, etc. During the day, the energies of Li dominate, while at night the energies of Kan are active.
What is especially important about the Humidity Condenser is that the highest degree of humidity, during which, due to the "clash" of cold Kan (lunar) and warm Li (solar) energies, which causes the condensation of moisture from the air into water droplets, occurs in the morning and evening, because then the energies of the Moon and Sun change (in the morning), that is, the Sun and Moon (in the evening) in the form of a wave front.
Each of you has noticed this phenomenon, when during the change of energies of the Moon and the Sun, moisture from the air condenses into droplets of water, which we call "dew", and which remain for some time on the leaves of plants, providing them with the necessary supply of water twice a day.
In this way, water is formed in the interior of the planet, so that the energetic part of the glowing core of our planet receives an impulse for its work every ten seconds from the energy emitted by the Sun, thereby heating the layers inside the planet. When at dawn and dusk the cold-Kan wave begins to descend towards the surface of our planet and its center, passing through the heated layers of soil and rock, it causes the formation of water vapor that condenses into water droplets and emerges to the surface in the form of an underground stream. Thanks to the described process, groundwater never dries up. Oil is also formed in the same way, in the corresponding fossil layers of the planet.
Well, considering that in regions that are poor in underground and above-ground water sources and where periods of precipitation are rare, the flora is very sparse and numerically rare, as a result of which the condensed moisture in the form of water droplets does not have a plant base on which to condense, and also through the leaves and root system provides the plant with the necessary water.
Therefore, the Humidity Condenser plays the role of providing the water necessary for its development and survival after planting of an annual (vegetable) or perennial plant (tree, fruit tree), which in the later stages of its growth will be supported by the atmospheric condensed moisture that will remain on the leaves of the plant / trees.
In this way, the survival and development of flora can be ensured, which by its existence reduces the temperature of the soil, attracts groundwater to the surface of the soil, increases the percentage of oxygen and reduces the percentage of carbon dioxide from the air, provides food for most of the year, shelter and a source of food for insects, birds and small species of animals ..., which helps the inhabitants of the region to feel satisfied with the environment and direct their lives in those areas of life for which they have inclinations and interests.
