ATC Overhaul

Air Traffic Control Systems in America

are antiquated, and need complete upgrades...

 

Training recruits takes time, because the

candidates must be specifically trained

for each airport.

 

Currently, ATC workers are forced to retire

at 56. This may be extended to 60.

 

I suggest that ATC simulators be given

to qualified Technical High Schools

to get a head start on the learning curve.

 

The simulators may be simply

Software Based, for reduced cost.

 

Retired ATC controllers can be offered

jobs in these schools.
