Many of those who read the texts of this site, after a while, probably react in the style: "Everything is wonderful, I mean, love, flowers, the universe and all that, but brother, give us something specific, tell us what to visualize, that we do something, too".
Well, as you have seen over time, during Soul Meditation you do nothing, but all the healing and developmental meditation is done by the Soul and spiritual energies. It is up to you to ask for meditation and enjoy the healing effects.
When this was explained to us at the first seminar that Lyubisha held, that I attended, I, that is, my Ego, thought: "Wait, and then what will I do"?, because the Ego always has to do something. But fortunately, my consciousness was already developed enough to allow her to spontaneously move into meditation and immediately feel the spiritual energies and all its positive effects. It was an immediate separation from the Ego, and each subsequent meditation reduced its effect on me, and helped me to be more aware of the influence it had on me.
For many, however, it is impossible to separate from it, the Ego, because they feel that their life will collapse, and they are absolutely right. That is, when you begin to separate from the Ego, the life you have lived to that point will collapse and take on another form, so if you continue to hold on to it, it will hurt you.
However, if you accept the changes, depending on how long you have lived in accordance with the impulses of your Soul, your life will change by 10, 30, 70... or 180 degrees, because this is the goal of spirituality. Although meditation does not impose anything on you, but it helps you as much as you allow, to participate in developing meditation that transcends the Ego, while in the same time maintaining the patterns of thinking, behavior and life established by the same Ego, it seems a little useless, doesn't it?
Although at first glance it appears that surrendering makes you passive and perhaps redundant during meditation, this is a false impression created by decades of identification with the Ego, because when you surrender, you allow spiritual energies to heal you on all three levels, it weakens the control of your Ego and increases your self-awareness.
However, surrendering does not replace the bad master, the Ego, with a good one, the Soul, because the spiritual energies do not impose anything on you, do not limit or violate your Free Will, but through healing and careful advice help you to achieve infinite freedom. Soul and Spiritual Energies are your friends who will never betray you, because you are an immortal spiritual consciousness, without limitations for development, given by Free Will, which remembers your own spiritual nature from life to life.
It is the secret that priests, special services and regimes trying to hide from you.
