Uploads to our cloud conversion service from your smartphone, tablet, or similar device to a server under our control.

Once uploaded, our proprietary intermediary server works with a trusted third-party service to convert your file to the desired format.

After the conversion, the third-party service returns a secure download link to our intermediary, which then provides the link to your application for you to download the converted file.

Files are automatically purged from our servers immediately after the conversion is complete, typically within five minutes.

All files stored across our servers are set to expire within 24 hours to ensure cleanup in case of any processing anomaly.

Prior to uploading, file names are randomized to further protect your information from being traced back to you.

Additionally, we utilize Firebase to gather aggregate statistics regarding application usage, such as which file formats are most popular or when users seek technical support. This information is non-personal and does not include the names of any files.

We also collect regional usage data (by country) in aggregate form.

Should you reach out for support via our helpdesk platform, any information you choose to provide (including email addresses, file type inquiries, and error messages) is used solely for customer service purposes and for maintaining records, and is not shared beyond the necessary scope.
We may also collect usage data automatically, such as browser details, IP addresses, and interaction data from cookies or other tracking technologies.
