Job Description:
We are looking for professional and trusted Bus Drivers to join our Transport Team here in the UK. The job is open to foreign applicants, and there will be visa sponsorship for qualified persons. As a Bus Driver, you will play a key role in the safe and timely transport of passengers while ensuring excellent customer service.
Main Duties:
- Drive buses over designated routes, safely and timely transporting passengers.
- Assist passengers, including those with special needs, in boarding and deplaning safely.
- Handle ticketing, fare collection, and provides travel information to passengers as needed.
- Conduct regular vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Obey all traffic laws and company rules and regulations for the safety of the passengers and the general public.
- Keep the bus clean and neat, inside and out.
- Answer passenger queries professionally and handle any concerns or complaints politely. Complete daily logs and reports as required by the company.
Requirements:
- A valid international driving licence which allows a UK PCV (Passenger Carrying Vehicle) licence.
- Proven experience as a Bus Driver or similar driving role.
- Good knowledge of English to communicate with passengers and team members.
- Sound knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Excelled in customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. A clean driving record with no serious traffic violations.
