Until now, Oliver, we have spoken several times about the state of consciousness "here and now", but always within the framework of a specific channeling. On this occasion, we will devote the entire channeling to this topic.
The state of consciousness "here and now", is a state of consciousness of the absence of the flow of time, which, as we know, exists only on the Physical plane. On the other thirty-three planes of consciousness, time as such does not exist. This is very easy to understand, it is enough to remember a daytime sleep that lasted 30 minutes on the Physical plane, while on the Emotional plane this sleep in its content and events lasted several days. In this example, it is very easy to understand that time exists only on the Physical plane.
What causes confusion among spiritual seekers is the claim that one can achieve a state of "here and now" consciousness by practicing one type of uninterrupted attention. However, anyone with experience in the field of spirituality knows that the term "uninterrupted attention" is synonymous with concentration, which elevates the consciousness of the spiritual seeker/meditator in a vibrational sense (expressed in Hertz frequencies) in the range of 35-100 Hertz. From the channelings in which we have spoken about the vibrational levels of consciousness, you might know that you begin to "observe" the realm of spirituality by lowering the vibrations of your everyday consciousness (expressed in Hertz frequencies) from 7,00 toward 0,15 Hz by practicing some type of non-Ego meditation.
It is important to note, that what we have said in the previous paragraph is openly and publicly presenting to spiritual seekers the principles on the basis of which one can advance in the process of developing consciousness. If your approach to the process of developing consciousness does not correspond to the laws that permeate the entire Universe, then there will be no progress in the development of your consciousness, or it will be very modest.
Previous facts lead to conclusion that the state of consciousness "here and now" cannot be achieved by concentration, that is, by the practice of continuous attention, but this state arises spontaneously after entering into Enlightenment. Spontaneous unity with phenomena and consciousness from spiritual planes cancels the effect of the flow of time on the consciousness of the Enlightened person, as a result of which he spontaneously experiences the state of presence in the space he is in and the moment he is currently living, which also applies to Spiritualized persons in a percentage of 95%.
