Welcome to BLE Finder! We’re committed to continually enhancing our apps and delivering innovative solutions that bring the greatest value to you. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of all BLE Finder products. Please review them carefully before using our apps.
By downloading, installing, or using any BLE Finder application, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business or other entity, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms; “you” and “your” will refer to the entity.
1. Subscriptions & Billing
Auto-Renewing Subscription Features

Subscribed users receive unlimited access to our translation services, including speech-to-text transcription, language translation, and text-to-speech output.

Non-subscribed users may still access these features but are subject to daily usage limits.
When a user requests a refund for an in-app purchase, we may provide Apple with information about the consumption of the purchased content. This data may include details such as the time since installation, total app usage duration, an anonymous account identifier, whether the in-app purchase was entirely used, whether it included a trial period, the total expenditure, and the refunded amount.
Payment Terms

Charges are billed through your Google Play account upon purchase confirmation.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current term, at the then-current subscription rate.

You may manage or cancel your subscription and disable auto-renewal at any time via Google Play Account Settings.

Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when you upgrade to a paid subscription.
2. Prohibited Conduct
When using BLE Finder, you agree not to:

Test or breach our systems

Probe, scan, or attempt to compromise network or system security.

Access or interfere with non-public areas of our infrastructure or those of our service providers.

Reverse engineer or tamper

Decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer any component of our apps.

Remove or alter any proprietary notices embedded in the software.

Disrupt service or harm others

Transmit malware, viruses, spam, or any content intended to disrupt or degrade the apps.

Flood, overload, or “mail-bomb” our servers or other users.

Unauthorized data collection

Harvest or scrape data through automated means (bots, spiders, crawlers) except via publicly provided APIs.

Plant or distribute malware.

Misrepresent or impersonate

Forge or mislead as to the origin of any content.

Impersonate any person or entity or falsely claim affiliation.

Infringe rights or violate laws

Post fraudulent, infringing, or unlawful content.

Encourage or facilitate any conduct prohibited here.

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor usage, remove content, or disable access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. We may cooperate with law enforcement and pursue legal remedies against violators.
3. Copyright & DMCA
We respect intellectual property rights. Recipients of repeated infringement notices may have their accounts terminated. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, please submit a takedown request to:

4. Changes to These Terms
