Rewards - All You Need To Know

Excited about our new Rewards? Wondering how it makes prize-giving simpler, better and faster? Well this guide will tell you all.
Note: This is currently only available in verified guilds (indicated by the blue tick sign next to the guild names).
What are Rewards?
Our previous system of prize-giving took time, didn't provide enough info to winners to know how close their prize was, and had limited prize options.
This revamped system changes that. A dedicated Rewards page is available for both hosts and users to see all the available rewards in one go.
For winners, they can easily provide their required details (which are saved for future rewards), track reward status in real time, and even contact their hosts directly.
Even better is that it allows hosts to approve rewards in one go, ensuring the winners get it immediately. In case of any error or info needed, winners can communicate with the host right away and clarify things. Everybody wins!
How to Access Rewards?
1. Launch game.tv on your device and click on the side drawer icon found top left.
2. Select the "Rewards" Tab.
3. The "Rewards" page will show the following:
a. Nature of prize received - Ranges from gift card, in-game reward, cash transfer etc.
b. Name of tournament won - Used to keep note of all prized tournaments won.
c. Date of victory - See when your lucky streak began.
d. Position - Every place matters and needs to be mentioned.
e. Request status - Can be found in three states.
i. "Processing": The host is finalizing the prize distribution.
ii. "Processed": The prizes have been received.
iii. "Disqualified": The prize has been blocked as the winner was deemed ineligible.
f. Chat icon - To communicate with the Tournament Host to resolve any issue or doubt.
i. A red dot will indicate if the host has sent a message. Click on it to answer.
ii. Message the host directly in case your prizes isn't here, or to clear any doubts they have.
4. Once "Processed", winner can click on the prize card to get code, number etc. Click on "Copy" to store it in the Clipboard for easier claim.
