This made me reflect on what kind of engineering challenges there are while designing modern vape carts:
• How to design the heated surface and feed of oil to maintain consistency in performance?
• What materials are used in the name of not causing contamination and maintaining purity?
• How do new extraction techniques continue to evolve with users demanding potency and flavor?
For instance, Rove claims it has proprietary oil formulation married up with high-quality hardware. How do those match up with general trends within the vaping industry? Is this an area of open innovation, or is the most of tech behind closed doors?
