As you know, Soul Meditation was “found” by Ljubisa Stojanovic from Novi Sad, who at that time collaborated with several spiritual seekers. This “several” refers to his area of interest in the broad field of spiritual phenomena, which is important to indicate in this case, since spiritual seekers can “deal with spirituality” in very different and colorful ways. Ljubisa's involvement with spirituality, that is, his own spiritual development, led to the "invention" of Soul Meditation, which he called "Path to Enlightenment" meditation.
Well, we already said in the previous channeling that every Spiritualist spontaneously - through channeling, forms a set of expressions specific to him and there is nothing wrong with that. Each person on planet Earth is unique in many respects compared to all other people, and this uniqueness will accompany him throughout all lifetimes, including the period of life that includes his spiritual development and entry into Enlightenment. This singularity will persist later, with the development of consciousness, which will take place on the Spiritual plane, which will be obvious even after achieving the state of Nirvana, that is, the state of consciousness when the Spiritualist begins to create his own Universe.
This slight digression from the topic was necessary so that you understand that in spirituality, the difference in terms or descriptions of spiritual phenomena is not a “mistake”, but a unique expression of spirituality. Of course, it will not flow quickly, but this uniqueness will be formed over years and decades of work.
Well, back to Soul Meditation.
We have already said that Soul Meditation serves to assist meditators in spiritual development, so that their Soul, in their request for healing or development, acts with its energies of spiritual consciousness accordingly. There may be more of these modes, which depend on the energetic state of the aura, energy flows, the proportions of white and gray energy in the aura and the structure of the energy organs... and much more. Therefore, the action of the Soul on the meditator will be specific, specific in the sense that it will adapt to its most acute needs. When this acute, that is, urgent, healing is carried out, the Soul begins to erase those parts of the Ego that the meditator most desires to get rid of, that is, so that they cease to affect his consciousness and body.
This process is spontaneous, pleasant and gradual and occurs from meditation to meditation. For this reason - spontaneity, pleasure and gradualism, there can be no contraindications or stress, which happens when using some types of so-called Ego Meditation. However, this cannot happen with Soul Meditation.
Well, Soul Meditation in itself is not a guarantee that you will advance in spiritual development - in the development of consciousness, because it is a kind of spiritual tool that acts on you, on your consciousness, and on you - the meditator, it depends on how you will react to the effects, arising as a result of the practice of Soul Meditation. Many meditators, despite regular meditation, fail to progress in spiritual development - in the development of consciousness, because they are too focused on achieving success in the field of spiritual development. This means that they are still under the active influence of the Ego, except that they have replaced material financial goals, with spiritual ones.
Also, another big mistake is the inability of meditators to indulge the guidance of the Soul and the changes that will then occur in their lives. It is impossible to be under the guidance of your Soul, and at the same time lead your life in exactly the same way as you did while you were under the guidance of your Ego, and the sooner you understand this, the better it will be for you. Renewing connection with your Soul and its healing and developmental effects will be of great importance to you in the field of consciousness development, but only if you let go of your Soul's guidance.
However, if you are still clinging to your Ego, then Soul Meditation, despite the effect it has on your consciousness, cannot forcibly erase your Ego or disconnect you from it, unless you want it to. This situation is a kind of “spiritual living sand,” that is, a situation that can last for the rest of your life. To overcome it, the meditator must - after self-analysis, decide, if he does so, to renounce those parts of the Ego that, in his opinion, hinder him in the development of consciousness, after which the Soul will be carried out to erase those parts of the Ego during meditation.
We must emphasize that this only works if the meditator's decision to eliminate a part of the Ego is sincere, that is, when he realizes that a part of the Ego is stopping his actions and preventing the development of consciousness. If this decision is somehow “forced”, then the Soul will not carry out the erasure of that part of the Ego, because it does not do by force anything, nor does violate the Free Will of the person whose consciousness it participated in generating.
Soul Meditation - that is, the action of the Soul of the meditator, has a wide range of manifestations in its healing and developmental actions, the description of which would go beyond the scope of the topic of this channeling.
