Through concentration, visualization, breathing according to a certain rhythm, bandhas... Kundalini energy can be awakened from a state of dormancy and, through the energy channel that passes through the spine, brought to the brain, which leads to the entry into Enlightenment.
Unlike the above myth, in reality the Lower Dantien has the role of moving and preserving the physical body in a functional state, which is performed by a set of energies contained in the Lower Dantien, and this is its only function.
By using visualization, concentration, breathing according to a certain rhythm, bandhas... the energies of the Lower Dantien can be made to act more strongly, as a result of which the physical body acquires the properties of a high degree of endurance, resistance to injuries, diseases, and the like, which were publicly demonstrated by the monks of the Shaolin Monastery, but these energies have no role in the process of developing consciousness and entering Enlightenment.
An important purpose of the myth of Kundalini energy in the form of a snake is also to conceal demonized persons - the most common case, priests and monks of demonic sects that call themselves "religions", then Mighty Ones of security-intelligence and Gestapo services, generals, members of the social elite... which can be noticed by psychics, because a number of them have the innate ability to see the contents of the aura. If he confides his discovery to someone, and the demonists of course find out, then they say: "Ah, yes, you know, his Kundalini has risen, he is now Enlightened...".
The term "demonization" implies the presence of a one Demon in the physical body of a demonized person in the manner shown in the picture, whereby the Demon with its consciousness overpowers and prejudicially influences his consciousness, establishing a state of symbiosis of consciousness. Then, due to the influence of the consciousness of Demons who are very aggressive and evil, the person himself spontaneously takes on the characteristics of aggression and evil, as a result of which, under the influence of Demon suggestions, he conceives and begins some crime, most often mass, war, expulsion of the population, genocide, mass executions of prisoners, often, by slaughtering them, while simultaneously pronouncing/invoking the name of the Demon-god of the sect to which they belong, because then the Demon sucks the Life Energies from the blood of the slaughtered, and gives 95% to the Counteruniverse, strengthening it in this way. The same thing happens during deaths from bullets, but in that case, due to the smaller amount of blood flowing out, a large number of dead soldiers are necessary.

Један од митова који су смишљено убачени међу духовне трагаоце, јесте и мит о Кундалини енергији у облику змије, три ипо пута савијене око себе, која пребива у успаваном стању, у енергетском центру који се налази два прста испод нивоа пупка. Концентрацијом, визуализацијом, дисањем по одређеном ритму, бандхама... Кундалини енергија може се пробудити из стања успаваности и енергетским каналом који пролази кроз кичму, довести до мозга, што води уласку у Просветљење.
За разлику од наведеног мита, у стварности Нижи Дантиен има улогу покретања и очувања физичког тела у функционалном стању, што обавља сет енергија које садржи Нижи Дантиен, и то је његова једина функција.
Кориштењем визуализације, концентрације, дисања по одређеном ритму, бандхи... енергије Нижег Дантијена могу се натерати да појачано делују, услед чега физичко тело поприма особине високог степена издржљивости, отпорности на повреде, болести и слично, што су у јавности приказали монаси манастира Шаолин, али те енергије немају никакву улогу у процесу развоја свести и уласку у Просветљење.
