Many spiritual seekers, that is 99.99% of them, have the misconception that the chakras are centers of consciousness and that by "activating", "opening" them, etc., they will progress in the process of developing consciousness. This misconception did not arise by chance, but was very cleverly inserted into spiritual seekers with intent to hinder your progress in developing consciousness.
So, in order to meditation help you in develop of spiritual consciousness, medium-high or a high degree of development of consciousness is necessary, achieved during all your previus incarnations, especially the thinking part of consciousness through such activities as: education, science, creativity in various fields, art, also important are developed logic, analytical skills, reasonableness, as well as such qualities as positivity, goodwill, empathy, disinterest in increasing social or personal power, lack of desire to control and manipulate people, lack of desire to increase material and financial benefits, except for what is necessary... the list is long, isn't it?
All these qualities develop your consciousness and bring it vibrationally closer to the vibrations of the Spiritual plane, where, vibrationally 1️⃣, your Soul resides. Because of the similarity of the vibrations of consciousness, you now have the ability to feel the impulses of your Soul very clearly, as a result of which you are semi-consciously directed to the exploration and study of a wide area of spirituality. When you reach a state of saturation with the theoretical study of spirituality, which can take dozens of lives, in one of them you will feel the need to begin practicing some kind of meditation, before or simultaneously with it, and to practice tai chi, chikung and similar skills.
All of the above clearly shows that you have reached the level of searching for a suitable method of developing consciousness, which is mainly meditation.
In this channeling, we will not talk about the types of meditation and other important elements that it consists of, because we have talked about this in several previous channelings, it will be enough to mention that to begin the practice of meditation, a preparatory period of attending at least 10-15 spiritual seminars is required, often this number is higher, which takes from 9 to 15 months 2️⃣. This preparatory period is necessary to get acquainted with the basics of the human energy system, the process of developing consciousness, get answers to questions on topics that you do not fully understand, heal from dysfunction of the energy system and consciousness of various types through the action of spiritual consciousnesses, and the like.
When a certain number of spiritual seminar attendees reach a level sufficient to renew connection with their own Souls, the instructor of the non-Ego meditation gives them the text of a request, which, pronouncing within themselves, they address to their Souls for a healing-developing effect, which their Souls do very willingly, directing healing energies to them in the form of drops of golden rain, which descends on their aura, penetrates it and begins the processes of healing and development. This slightly longer introduction to the topic, dear spiritual seekers, has helped us clarify to you that the process of developing consciousness is a complex process that cannot be achieved in a weekend or a few weeks. It is important to understand, that you could distinguish methods that will not help you advance in the development of consciousness.
If we compare the above with the chakras that we began this channeling about, it will become clear to you, that you, as newcomers to spiritual development, will not be able to "activate", "deactivate" or "open" the chakras, because this is not done through concentration, visualization and the like. People with innate psychokinetic abilities can exert a certain influence on the functioning of the chakras, but this type of activity never leads to the development of consciousness, but to various kinds of abuse and complication of one's own karma.
"Well, what should we do then?" - you will ask yourself, right?
Well, if you have not yet reached a medium-high or a high level of development of the thinking part of consciousness, you should continue to develop in this direction, of course, at the same time with activities and interests in the field of spirituality.
Rotating cornets sucked into the chakra funnel particles of the Energies of Functionality, which, by "osmosis", fill the aura, and united in the aura with the Energies of Consciousness on a scale of 9:1, which is called the Activating Action of Consciousness or Activating Consciousness. The particles of the Energies of Consciousness are absorbed through twelve energy streams (meridians) into the Energy Heart, which, by its rotation, alternately disperses them into the twelve layers of the aura, where they combine with the particles of the Energies of Functionality in a ratio of 1:9.
