Requests addressed to the Spiritual Energies of the Universe, Mother Gaia, Lyubisha... represent a mental-spiritual category and are addressed in a calm state of consciousness. This is a form of communication with spiritual consciousness, and your attitude when addressing a request should be similar to when you approach a person in a restaurant and say: "Excuse me, may we have a menu if you don't need it anymore?" So, calmly and culturally.
It is important to know that spiritual consciousnesses do not have an Ego, and therefore there is no hierarchical relationship when communicating with them - and they will not maintain one if you try to approach them in this way, but rather you must use the level of communication as you would use with your twin brother or sister.
It is useful to know that spiritual consciousnesses are not concerned with fulfilling material-financial desires or influencing other people, also, they do not violate someone else's Free Will, but you can send them requests for your healing and spiritual development.
We would also like to point out that in spirituality, which is also true in healing, honesty is very important. Therefore, if you have a negative attitude towards healers and healing, then you close yourself off to the healing effect of these energies, because they never violate someone else's Free Will. Your negative attitude will form a "fence" that the Spiritual Energies of the Universe will never jump over.
This does not mean that one has to “believe” in healers and healing, because that would also be a mistake and would somehow fall into the category of conventional “religious worship.” It is enough to simply be intellectually open to the possibility that some people can channel spiritual energies, that have a healing and developmental effect on humanity. That is enough.
To make requests, do it this way: sit on a chair, close your eyes, put hands on knees and, when you calm down, say a request for healing within yourself. If you are sensitive, then after saying the request you will feel an energy flow, swirling, "ants" or something like "wind" on the top of your head, some other part of the body or the diseased organ. These energies will have their effect for some time, usually 3-15-30 minutes (in case of healing at a distance, upon making your request), depending on the type and degree of energy disorders that need to be healed and returned to normal functioning, which is not necessarily related to the severity of the disorder/disease.
In addition to the described kinesthetic-tactile observation of the action of healing energies, some people can sense the mentioned energy visually, in the form of energies of certain colors, or auditory, as sound of a certain vibration speed.
When the healing energies are acting, do not disturb them with the intention of “helping” them, because this will weaken or interrupt their flow, but relax and enjoy the feeling of calm and comfort. When you feel that the flow of energy has stopped, open your eyes and spend some time in silence and peace until this feeling completely disappears.
If you feel the need to rest for a while after healing, feel free to do so.
All women (and presumably children) are able to feel the effects of healing energies, while in men this ability is expressed in percentages of 65-70%, but regardless of this, the healing energies will achieve the same or almost the same healing effect as in the case of a sensitive person.
If you are not sensitive, after saying the healing request, spend some time in silence and peace, and when the healing action is over, you will spontaneously open your eyes and get up from the chair.
Note that the healing effects are not immediate and dramatic, but will manifest itself in a way that corresponds to the nature of spiritual energies: spontaneously, pleasantly, gradually. This avoids any form of stress and at the same time respects the physiological mechanisms and processes occurring in the body. For these reasons, the healing will act on the person in an almost invisible way, which is good, because it avoids unnecessary focusing of his consciousness on the ongoing healing process.
Avoid making requests for healing according to a "strictly defined plan and program", but follow your inner feeling, if you are in a state of Ego-control and coercion, this will certainly weaken the healing effect of spiritual consciousnesses.
