Some companies don’t provide pre-paid shipping labels, and Razer used to be one of them. Fitbit is another example. Essentially, you agree to send the item back and then message them, saying something like, "I visited the post office today, and they informed me that the item should arrive in X days, depending on your location." Follow up with them a couple of days after the expected delivery date. If they claim they haven’t received anything, remind them that you sent it. If they start giving you a hard time, let them know you’ll be contacting the postal service. After some time, reach out again and say you’ve been to the post office, and they confirmed it was received because they have tracking information. Even if they didn’t provide you with the tracking number, you can mention that you saw it on their screen. Then express your frustration by saying, "What am I supposed to do? I neither have a defective item nor the replacement." Make it clear that it’s not your fault since the item was delivered. This approach should help resolve the issue.
