Background Story
This is a story of a girl named Furukawa Chiaki, whose life is very unfortunate. She was born from a rich family based in Japan. She is Furukawa Hiroshi and Arisugawa Kanae's only daughter. They were a happy family back then, before the accident happened. Furukawa Hiroshi, her father, left them when she was only five with no pennies left. He was her first love, yet he became her first heartbroken.
Her mother was frustrated—they had been living with ease since then, but this sudden change made everything out of control. Arisugawa Kanae passed away when she was six. She knew no colleagues nor other family members, made her taken care of the local orphanage house, Shisei Gakuen.
She was one of the oldest in the orphanage. No one wanted to adopt her as everyone who came by chose the younger kids than Chiaki. She was left all alone, lonely, and sad. Little Chiaki sometimes found crying in her bed—missing her old days with her parents before her dad started to leave them.
A year passed by, an unknown man came for a visit to her orphanage house and chose her. She was happy—there was a hope left for her in this world. It was Im Yohan, the 26-year-old man who came by and decided to take care of her. He introduced himself as her brother and planning on taking care of her from now on.
