Oliver, while practicing the Tai Chi form, you noticed an activation of the kidney energy flow, and you wondered what significance this had in the process of developing spiritual consciousness, right?
Well, we, the Spiritual Energies of the Universe, who permeate all thirty-four planes of consciousness, can say that the energy flow of the kidneys is very important for the development of spiritual consciousness and in general for the states of consciousness of the average person, because it, Oliver, sucks the Energies of Consciousness into the aura 1️⃣. You, of course, assumed this, but you needed confirmation in the form of a channeling, which you are recording right now.
The "problem", so to speak, with the kidney energy flow is that it, like other energy flows, is relatively easy to block in many ways, the most common of which is stress.
Stress, Children of Earth, is a focused 2️⃣ wave in the shape of an elongated drop of water, with its wider end being the farthest from the brain of the person who is under stress. Since the half-radius of the aura is twelve meters, this beam of focused stress energy crosses all twelve layers of the aura and the energy structures contained within them. When this stress wave blocks energy flows, it lowers the vibrational level of the Consciousness Energies flowing through them, which leads to the formation of a kind of "energy clot" in this energy flow, consisting of the Energies of Consciousness. This also means, Children of Earth, that this energy flow is blocked for the flow of Energies of Consciousness.
In an earlier channeling we said that each of the twelve energy flows has a specific purpose in the functioning of the human energy system, when we talk about the energy flow of the kidneys, its function is to supply the aura with the necessary amount of Energy of Consciousness. If the flow of these energies is blocked due to their lack in the aura, the general state of consciousness of the person is very low, regardless of his innate level of intelligence and level of education.
The disorder, that is, the blockage of the energy flow of the kidneys, can be cured in several ways, the best of which is to turn with a request to us, the Spiritual Energies of the Universe, which permeate the entire Universe, all thirty-four planes of consciousness, and this will be enough to sit on a chair 3️⃣, close your eyes, put your hands on your knees, and when you reach a state of peace on all three planes of your being; physically, emotionally and mentally, utter the following request within yourself:
"We ask the Spiritual Energies of the Universe to clear our kidney energy flows from all types of blockages and obstructions" 4️⃣.

Spiritual Energies of the Universe
1️⃣All energy flows absorb the Energy of Consciousness into the aura, the energy flow of the kidneys supplies the aura with the Energy of Consciousness in the required amount, while the Energy of Consciousness, which is absorbed by other energy flows, has other purposes
2️⃣All physical, emotional and mental reactions of a person generate a spherical wave that instantly spreads from the brain to the ends of the Universe (which is shaped like an egg), which means that all spiritual consciousness is aware of all our reactions, but does not react to them due to the low vibration level of the energies of which they are composed.
In order to establish contact with you and respond to the requests you make to them, it is necessary that you reach medium-high or a high level of the thinking part of your consciousness and re-establish contact with your Soul. The exception of mentioned are requests that we published, the purpose of which is to help you to achieve the above-mentioned state of unity with your Soul
3️⃣ If you meditate, regardless of the type of meditation you practice, if at all possible, avoid the practice of meditation with your legs crossed in a sitting position.
The reason is that energy flows are very thin and, one might say, delicate energy structures, which means that they do not have the quality of a plastic hose covered with braided steel wire, but are rather "conductors" for the Energies of Consciousness. When meditators cross their legs in a sitting position, this very effectively stops the blood circulation in them, which leads to the fact that the cells of the legs during meditation experience a lack of blood, that is, a lack of oxygen and nutrients. Since the Life Energies are self-generated exclusively in living biological matter, the lack of oxygen and nutrients automatically causes a lack of Life Energies in the legs, which creates a kind of "energy black hole" or, rather, an "energy vacuum" that impedes the flow Energies of Consciousness through the energy flows of the legs.
With practice body position control, breath control, mind control, visualization, concentration... the meditator wastes the Energy of Consciousness, and new quantities do not enter his aura due to the blocking of the energy flows passing through the crossed legs.
For this reason, whatever type of meditation you practice, you should sit on a chair with your feet on the floor, and after a while you will feel that this approach to meditation is incomparably better, than sitting with your legs crossed for the reasons explained in the previous part of this commentary. Otherwise, the crossed position of the legs during meditation practice can gradually but inevitably cause disorders or diseases of a different nature and severity.
4️⃣During the channeling, without interrupting the flow of the letter, we asked the Spiritual Energies of the Universe whether the energy flows are even, to which they answered affirmatively, formulating the text of this request
5️⃣ Due to the lack of spiritual experience and psychological projection of the contents of their own consciousness the priests and monks of religious sects, spiritual seekers may have the wrong impression that spiritual consciousness is strict, and that being on the spiritual planes is meaningless and boring, but the truth is the opposite, all spiritual consciousnesses are absolutely positive and benevolent, with full respect for your Free Will.
Due to the unity of consciousness on the spiritual planes, they all have different degrees of supermind, which depends on the achieved degree of development of spiritual consciousness on thirty-one spiritual planes, and, of course, in their structure of consciousness, each of them is unique and inimitable in the Universe. The receptive ones who pronounce the request can feel their positivity, the healing and developmental effect and the specificity of each spiritual consciousness, and will assure you that the state of spiritual consciousness is very positive, we would say, and a cheerful state of consciousness :).
A partial exception is the Spiritual Energies of the Universe, because they evaluate people's behavior and actions, and based on karmic information, generate the deserved appropriate Dharma, often very negative.
