Casino design specialist Steelman Partners LLP is dealing with the design of Nagakov's new expansion facility for the Nagarwold Casino Resort in Cambodia's capital Phnom Penh. Listed in Hong Kong, Naga Corp. has an exclusive license to operate casinos in Phnom Penh and the surrounding area. It began operating with the NagaWorld Real Estate, which opened in December 2006. The company is famous in the East Asian gaming industry, including Sands Macao, a property owned by Sands China Ltd., the casino operator in Macao, where Las Vegas Sands in the United States is the parent company, and Galaxy Entertainment Group Ltd.'s Kotai flagship property, Galaxy Macao.

"Naga 3 is expected to consist of two 66-story hotels, two 45-story hotels, a 48-story condominium hotel, a three-story underground hotel, and an 11-story multi-entertainment podium," the company said.
Naga Corp said Naga 3 will add a total of 4,720 hotel rooms to the Naga World Complex. "Some of the hotels are intended to be managed by one or more renowned international hotel brands," the company said.
Naga1 currently offers 755 rooms, while Naga2 offers hotel rooms that offer 903 keys.
Nagakov said the planned condo hotel product "will create a semi-permanent community with access to all facilities within Nagakov and all VIP services in Nagakov."
According to the company's submission, Naga 3 will include both bulk and VIP games.
