-Lowered Max Number of Hordes Per Group to 2 from 3 (Horde Spawns Now Capped to 2 Max Per Group)
-Lowered Horde Density Per Squared KM from 9.3 to 7.3 (This Number is Used X World Size in KM (8/12) To Limit The Number of Zombies in A Horde Around the World)
-Lowered Event Interest Distance to Hordes (Hordes Further Away Will NOT Be Interested in Activity)
-Increased Wandering Horde Wilderness Sparsity (Hordes Will Now Spawn Further Apart From Each Other)
-Thread Ticking Increased from 100 to 200 MS (How Many Times WH Scans for A Player)
-City Horde Respawn Time Set To 7 Days
