Tai Chi meditation is an approach to spiritual development that is primarily characteristic of Asian peoples. This applies primarily to the Chinese, as the most numerous people in this part of Asia, but all other peoples from this area directly or indirectly use one or another form of the mentioned Tai Chi meditation.
From the very beginning of spiritual development on planet Earth, we mean the spiritual development that you are carrying out, the Developmental Consciousness of the Souls, which developing through the species Homo sapiens, a problem arose that we could call "corporeal". The term "corporeal" is in no way an expression that we would easily associate with meditation, which is considered a spiritual discipline.
This is certainly true, but the problem that arose in those early years of your spiritual development was physical. Namely, each of you who is an Developmental Consciousness of the Soul, means that essentially you are energy-consciousness, you are switched on, meaning that you are connected to the physical body with which, while you are in the waking state of consciousness, you are one. When you fall asleep, this connection is partially interrupted for a certain period, in order to re-establish this unity with the morning awakening, or, if this is more acceptable to you: with the symbiosis of energy-consciousness and the physical body.
Now, no matter how demanding meditation is as a spiritual discipline in itself, we mean Soul Meditation, it is primarily problematic, because the meditator during the practice of meditation, is subject to the impulses and instincts of your physical body. We use this "your", although it is clear to you that you are not the physical body, right?
Therefore, in order to successfully continue the practice of meditation, it was necessary to "tame" the impulses and instincts of the physical body, so to speak, so that they would not act negatively on the consciousness of the meditator. This "taming" of the impulses and instincts of the physical body was accomplished through the practice of Tai Chi.
Now you understand why we suggested a couple of times that you continue to practice Tai Chi, don't you?
Because Tai Chuan plays a very positive role in "taming" the impulses and instincts of the physical body, it has become very popular not only among spiritual seekers, but also among the wider circle of enthusiasts who are engaged in the culture of physical development. Although they have no idea about spiritual development and the problems that arise during it, the effects of Tai Chi practice, are easily and very clearly manifested in all those who have dedicated several months and years to the practice of this ancient skill.
We say "ancient", because Tai Chi was channeled at the dawn of your civilization, not about 120 years ago, as is considered. Generations of Spiritual Seekers and Spiritualists practiced its movements, which with their synchronized sequence gradually but persistently cleared all those negative energy blockages that could not be cleared in any other way.
You have clearly noticed that meditation cleanses, heals and activates the front chakras and the front Ren Mai energy flow, while the back chakras and the back Du Mai energy flow are cleansed, healed and activated by the Tai Chi form.
We see that you are now clearer about the importance of daily Tai Chi practice, and it is obvious that you have seen the difference in the quality of the form without Tai Chi meditation and with Tai Chi meditation. In order to bring this convenience, we mean Tai Chi meditation, closer to other Tai Chi practitioners, as well as to all those who are engaged in spiritual development, we will use this channeling to introduce them to the text of the request that they must pronounce within themselves.
