Terms of Service: Tronix Development Applications

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for using any Tronix Development application (formerly Soundy), including but not limited to music bots, moderation bots, and other Discord applications. By inviting and using any Tronix Development application's features, you agree to these Terms of Service and the separate Tronix Development Privacy Policy.

Usage

You can freely use any Tronix Development application on any Discord server you manage.

Inviting privileges may be revoked for violating Tronix Development's Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, or for breaking Discord's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or Community Guidelines.

Tronix Development applications collect specific data, as described in the Privacy Policy, to enable core functionalities.

Affiliation

Tronix Development applications are independent and not affiliated with, supported by, or made by Discord Inc. Any resemblance to Discord or its trademarks is coincidental. We claim no ownership of Discord's assets, trademarks, or intellectual property.

Age Restrictions

Tronix Development applications are not for users under 13 or the legal consent age in their country, complying with Discord's Terms of Service. No data will be knowingly stored from underage users. If underage use is discovered, stored data will be deleted.

Liability

The developers and owners of Tronix Development are not liable for users breaking these Terms.

We reserve the right to update these terms with a 7-day opt-out period. Users can opt-out by removing any Tronix Development application from any server they have permission to remove it from.
