Rivers Casino & Resort Shenectadi today announced that country music superstar Randy House will appear as part of the property's one-year anniversary celebration on Friday, February 9.
The headline concert is one of the highlights of the entire month filled with events, promotions, parties and giveaways that will make Rivers Casino & Resort the venue for the biggest anniversary party Schenectady has ever seen. Randy House's Friday performance begins on the resort's anniversary weekend, which opened on Thursday, Feb. 8, 2017.
With an inimitable voice that The New York Times describes as "totally different, thicker and more throbbing, and the cauldron is bubbling," Randy Houser has had five consecutive country radio hits and more than five million single sales since moving the label to Stony Creek Records. He topped the charts with "How Country Feelings," "Running' Out Moonlight," and "Goodnight Kiss" (his first No. 1 as a composer), and received critical acclaim for his powerful delivery of the top five smash and CMA song of the year. Houser also performed at major country music festivals, and spent most of 2017 in the studio due to anticipated new projects.
