Oliver, it is good that you have asked us for a bill on spiritual healers, because in this area of regulating relations between human healers, on the one hand, and the State, on the other, there is a gap, not to say an abyss. Therefore, we hope that this bill on the spiritual healer will be a bridge that erases the misunderstanding between the two parties.

Thus, Article 1 of the bill on spiritual healers states:

A person who is able to channel healing energies to the physical plane of the planet Earth, should be considered a spiritual healer.

Article 2

Spiritual healing can be practiced by anyone who is able to fulfill the conditions specified in Article 1.

Article 3

Spiritual healers should not be trained in medical sciences, because spiritual healing, as a way of helping people, takes a completely different approach to the problem of causing and healing disorders and diseases.

Article 4

Spiritual healers must behave according to the highest moral standards when dealing with visitors who need their help. By this, we mean a cultural and honest attitude towards visitors on the part of the spiritual healer, and also vice versa.

Spiritual healers do not necessarily have a medical degree, but this does not exempt them from their responsibility and high ethical approach to each visitor. This means that they must treat visitors with respect, but also vice versa.

Article 5

Spiritual healers may receive gratitude for their efforts from visitors who request healing for certain disorders or diseases, but this fee should not be a fixed amount. It is up to the visitor whether and how much money is invested in the box for this purpose, and the spiritual healer should not interfere or influence this in any way.

If visitors in need of healing are currently or permanently unable to leave a certain amount of monetary gratitude as a way of thanking the healer, the spiritual healer is obliged to provide them with the healing procedure anyway.

Article 6

Spiritual healers can be people of both sexes, professions and degrees of education, but what is unique to all of them is the care of visitors and their health. In this regard, the spiritual healer must not give the visitor any advice that may lead to deterioration of his health or endanger his life.

Article 7

Spiritual healers may register premises in which they will practice spiritual healing and the State will not prohibit them in any way. This area needs detailed legal regulation.

Article 8

Spiritual healers are not obliged to place images of government and religious figures in the premises where they perform healing, as they have nothing to do with spiritual healing.

Article 9

Spiritual healers, at the request of a visitor, may perform a healing on a person who, for reasonable reasons, cannot be physically present, and everything we have said in previous articles of the Spiritual Healers Bill is also true in this regard.

Article 10

A spiritual healer is primarily one who, based on his talent for channeling spiritual healing energies, can improve the health of a visitor without resorting to procedures common in medical science. The basis on which his success in healing the sick is based, is the channeling of spiritual healing energies that are present everywhere in the Universe. By sending a request to them, the spiritual healer improves or completely cures the disorders and illnesses present in the visitor.

Article 11

The spiritual healer must under no circumstances abuse the trust of the visitor, nor his position of dependence in relation to him. It is very important to note how spiritual healers must understand in time what responsibility they have when acting on a person.

By this we mean acting on the three levels of human existence: physical, emotional and mental, while when it comes to the spiritual level, the spiritual healer lets the visitor act when he is ready.

Article 12

Spiritual healers are not angels made of sea foam, but people who have obligations both to their loved ones and to themselves. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you treat them with respect in order to help them function as effectively as possible in a healing sense. This also implies the absence of hostility towards them.

Article 13

Spiritual healers, when working with visitors, must comply with all articles of this draft law on spiritual healers, so that what they are treating, spiritual healing, gives the most positive results.

These thirteen articles of the Draft Law on Spiritual Healers, form the basis on which it is possible for people who have a talent for channeling spiritual energies to practice spiritual healing if they so wish.
