Kushal Pal Singh, fondly known as K.P. Singh, is a renowned Indian billionaire real estate developer and the founder of DLF Limited, one of India’s largest real estate companies. Born on August 15, 1931, Singh has played a pivotal role in shaping the urban landscape of India, particularly in the National Capital Region (NCR).
Singh’s journey began with a career in the Indian Army, where he served as a Lieutenant Colonel. However, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to join the American Universal Electric Company in 1960. In 1979, he took the reins of DLF Universal Limited, a company founded by his father-in-law Chaudhary Raghvender Singh.
