You will probably remember, dear spiritual seekers, that we mentioned Ego Meditation and Non-Ego Meditation as two main approaches to developing spiritual consciousness.
At the same time, by the way, we timidly noted that the effects of Ego-meditation are very modest and they act mainly in the area of psycho-emotional relaxation and improvement of concentration of thought. The reason for our timid and incidental mention of the modest possibilities of Ego-meditation in the area of spiritual development, is a feeling of respect for the path of development of all people engaged in spiritual development.
What has prompted us to look at this matter more directly and clearly, is the fact that Ego meditations are being promoted and advertised all over the world by those whose primary purpose of their existence is to prevent the human specied from developing your spiritual consciousness.
Therefore, in order to help spiritual seekers who will understand the reasons for this channeling, we have decided to make it available to the public.
There are several ways in which spiritual seekers can demonstrate the ineffectiveness of Ego Meditations, we, Oliver, have chosen the most obvious one, which will allow us not to offend anyone or devalue someone's work in the field of spiritual development.
Common to all Ego meditations is a strong voluntary activity, that is, a great investment of thought and willpower to control and direct the physical and mental flows in the direction and manner appropriate to the type of Ego meditation. The problem is that such a practice also causes a strong Ego activity, and then all together, causing the vibration level of the meditator's consciousness, that is, brain waves, to rise to 20-35, even up to 100 Hertz.
It seems to us that this data is enough for spiritual seekers to understand that the methods of Ego meditation: voluntary control of body posture and breathing, “erasing” of the content of thought (?!), concentration, visualization..., will not help them progress in the development of their spiritual consciousness, because this cannot be achieved at the level of vibrations of consciousness expresed in frequencies of brain waves, of 20-35 or 100 Hertz.
The development of spiritual consciousness can be achieved at the vibrational level of consciousness/frequencies of brain waves of 7.00-0.15 Hertz, because this is the vibrational area of the spiritual planes, which can be achieved by practicing some form of non-Ego meditation.
It seems to us that this channeling has served its purpose and that spiritual seekers will understand the trap that the demonists have lured them into by promoting Ego meditation methods.
