I'm Haraguchi, a member of the WCH Long Head Faction Parliamentary Alliance, serving as co-representative. Today, I ask for your cooperation.

First and foremost, I want to sincerely honor those who have passed away during this time. We should have avoided these losses. Lives that could have been saved were lost. And now, as we've heard these words, we feel frustration, sadness, an overwhelming sense of helplessness. Yet, we want to express our gratitude to everyone who has noticed this gathering. Thank you very much.

As a member of the Parliament, I want to apologize to all of you. These lives should have been spared. And though he was so full of energy traveling across the country, now he can't stand up, walk, go to school, or even go to work. We could have saved those lives.

Now, knowing this, shouldn't we overthrow this government that did not act even when knowing this? Your power is immense. On April 13th, over 20,000 people demonstrated because of you. The media completely ignored it, but because of your power, this situation was relayed worldwide. It's your power, it's your strength. We have the power, thank you.

And in June, the government plans to push through a plan of action against the new flu and others. It's truly cowardly, isn't it? Usually, public comment lasts for more than a month during holidays, but for some reason, they shortened it to two weeks. However, in just two weeks, we received over 190,000 comments. This is also thanks to your power, thank you very much.

The WHO meeting is happening in Geneva. Yuki is there to speak. Have you ever seen that pandemic agreement? It's not about public health or human lives, it's about profit. The Biological Weapons Business Treaty, that's the pandemic treaty. We must overthrow it. I want to thank each and every one of you. We tried to be the first in Japan to prepare for the spread of these weapons by developing a drug. Dr. Omura worked on it, and even the Prime Minister said it was important at the Diet. But it got crushed. Because it was cheap. Because it was inconvenient. Because now those weapons aren't selling. We must defeat this evil. (Applause)

I want to express my gratitude to all of you. A year ago at this time, I had no hair or doubts. I was diagnosed twice with MUI-type Large Cell B-cell Lymphoma. It's fast, advanced cancer. I lost my hair. Last year, I trended 12 times, and one time it was during a question in Parliament. The opposition was so bad in their response that I literally pulled my hair out. But I forgot to mention that I had no hair anymore. I was then told I was losing my hair. But through researching my own cells, I understood clearly. God gave me malignant lymphoma, but at the same time, he gave me a mission. A mission to verify my own cells. Today, Dr. Inoue, Dr. Yanagisawa, and many others have helped me. In fact, at this time last year, I didn't think I'd see the vibrant green of the next spring, or see cherry blossoms. But because of your power, I'm here. Thank you very much.

I want to save. MPs say I haven't been vaccinated, but that's false. I did. Just yesterday, I received advice from three MPs. There are even members of the ruling party who are in ruins, but they don't say anything. They don't say anything. A few days ago, I talked to the president of Sakura Channel, and we got banned. They're here to suffocate our voices. They're here to suffocate our freedom, suffocate our resistance. But we will never lose. My time is almost up. Now, in front of me, there's Dr. Kobayashi, Japan's best constitutional scholar. Yesterday, those who gathered at the Budokan were talking about protecting the people by inserting an emergency clause. But where is the protection of the people? They're taking away our lives. What's the constitutional emergency clause? It's about suspending the Constitution that protects us. Let's abolish that. Let's win. Yesterday, in the Diet, the revision of the local autonomy law was passed thanks to the members of the House of Representatives. Where did the local sovereignty reform go? The central government is giving orders to municipalities like mayors to protect citizens. Stop that. Yesterday, in the House of Representatives, they did it. Let's crush that in the Senate. Let's crush that. I have 289 small electoral districts. We will fill them with MPs who will protect the independence, existence, and lives of Japanese citizens. India has already overtaken us in terms of GDP. Let's move from recession to growth, and most importantly, let's protect the lives of citizens like all of you here. We won't fill the Diet with MPs like that. (Applause)

I'll conclude here. In Hiroshima's district 1, we'll support Mr. Kino. Ms. Tami, let's not make it a parliamentarian next time.
