BLC Broken Link options for "Local" dashboard: None of these stop the link from being scanned again.
BLC Broken Link HTML/Text: This is how it looks when marked broken. Clicking "Dismiss" leaves it looking just like this (grey and lined through). Clicking "Not broken" returns it to normal, but only until the next scan.
BLC Broken Link Code/Tag parameters: Here is the code causing the link to still appear broken, even after clicking "Dismiss".
