CFSB Center Plastic Bag Policy

Murray State Athletics has implemented a clear bag policy for all home athletic events held at the CFSB Center. This policy is consistent with guidelines set forth by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the Missouri Valley Conference, and national best practices. Guests can bring one clear bag that's no larger than 12 in x 6 in x 12 in. This could be a one-gallon plastic bag or a clear bag without branding.

The clear bag policy will be fully implemented for all men's and women's basketball games at the CFSB Center commencing in the 2024-25 season.

The implementation of this measure is intended to prioritize public safety and streamline the entry process by minimizing bag search procedures. 

Each ticket holder, including children, may bring one approved clear bag, such as a one-gallon storage bag, and one small clutch purse. All bags are subject to security screening.

• Clear plastic bag that does not exceed 12" by 6" by 12".
• Clutch or small purse, with or without a strap, that does not exceed 4.5" by 6.5".
• Diaper bags and/or other medical supply bags (limit one per family).

Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to:

• Large Purses
• Coolers
• Briefcases
• Backpacks
• Fanny Packs
• Mesh Bags
• Any bag larger than the permissible size.

Tinted or printed-pattern plastic bags are not clear, so they will not be permitted.
