We, Oliver, have observed that many people have a profound ignorance of the levels of consciousness and their interrelations on the scale of consciousness development. Most often this concerns people who have achieved positions of power in society, which they attribute to their own intelligence, superior to that of other people, which in most cases is not true. We say "in most cases" because in a smaller number of cases such a conclusion is correct 1️⃣.
But whether they are imaginary or real super-intelligent Mighty Ones of varying degrees of power and authority, they all believe that "there is no one above them," except, if they are believers, God himself. Since they are his representatives on Earth, the position of power they hold is the absolute pinnacle that can be achieved in life.
We have spoken about the problem of the omnipotence of the Ego 2️⃣ in one of the previous channelings, and in order to soften to some extent the effect of the above-mentioned omnipotence of the Ego, we will explain in this regard the levels of consciousness and the main types of intelligence.
Thus, the basis for understanding the level of consciousness are four groups of impulses and reactions that are characteristic of each person: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual impulses and reactions. These four groups differ in their "configuration" and frequency of excitation in all people and largely form the basis of his structure of consciousness. This means that the more often the frequency of impulses and reactions that arise in one of the four above-mentioned groups, the more the person's consciousness is rooted at this level of impulses and reactions, that is, at this level of consciousness.
In most cases, the rooted consciousness at a certain level represents the ultimate range in the development of a person's consciousness, the range achieved in all of his previous incarnations, although in some cases this is not true. For example, if a person who has reached the level of development of the thinking part of his consciousness is subjected to strong and frequent stress and abuse of various kinds, because of the pain and suffering he is subjected to, his consciousness will vibrationally lower its vibration level and become rooted at the emotional or physical level of consciousness.
Many may feel that such a large drop in consciousness vibration is impossible, but we, Oliver, assure you that it is, especially when the abuse is of high intensity and repeated often. For this reason, for such people, the process of healing pain, suffering and trauma is a necessary step, after which their consciousness will rise-return to the vibrational level of the thinking part of consciousness and take root there.
Another important factor in understanding the topic we are channeling is the difference between social and scientific-creative intelligence.
Social intelligence, also called "fraudulent intelligence", is the everyday consciousness of people whose consciousness is rooted in the physical-emotional level of impulses and reactions. This means that this type of intelligence acts in accordance with impulses that have their source in the physical or emotional part of his consciousness, to life situations, people and phenomena that have their source outside of it, also reacting in a physical or emotional way.
Scientific-creative intelligence adorns people whose consciousness is rooted in the thinking part of their consciousness, in some cases in the spiritual part of consciousness. This means that the impulses of scientific-creative intelligence have their source in the thinking part of consciousness, sometimes also in the spiritual (inspiration, idea, invention ...), and react to life situations, people and stimuli that come to it from outside, most often with the help of the thinking part of its consciousness, if in any of the countless ways it is threatened or attacked, then with the help of the emotional and physical part of consciousness.
A person whose consciousness is rooted in the spiritual part of his consciousness receives impulses from the spiritual-thinking part of his consciousness, reacts to life situations, people and stimuli that come to him from the level of the spiritual-thinking part of consciousness, can briefly react with the emotional part of consciousness, except in exceptional circumstances, reactions with the physical part of consciousness are absent.
Now, people with developed social intelligence cannot function at the level of scientific-creative intelligence, which means that in most cases they "cannot understand what it is" when they encounter the "product" of scientific-creative consciousness. The rule to people with developed scientific-creative intelligence applies: in most cases they understand the essence of the actions of people with social intelligence, but mostly they cannot react and act accordingly.
Therefore, the conclusion that suggests itself is that scientific-creative intelligence in the sense of vibrational development is higher than social intelligence, which many do not realize, considering people with developed scientific-creative intelligence to be “incapable of life” or even mentally retarded.
We hope that this channeling will help to overcome this misconception, and that people with scientific-creative intelligence will receive the respect they deserve. This is very important, because social intelligence in many cases, not all of course, is manipulative, negative and destructive, while scientific-creative intelligence is developmental-positive and as such brings progress to societies that encourage and support this kind of intelligence.

Let's say if person "A" with an intelligence of, say, 148 IQ points, uses his intellectual abilities to manipulate, abuse or cause fatal injuries to other people, then from a spiritual point of view he is categorized as a stupid person, because over the next tens, hundreds, thousands or unlimited number of lives he must experience the dharmic responses of his negative actions.
If, on the other hand, person "B" with an IQ of 100 respects people, their Free Will and does not violate their Life Purposes, then from a spiritual point of view he is intelligent, because understands the laws that govern the Universe. By this he accelerates his path of development of consciousness, because in subsequent incarnations he will not be limited by dharmic responses, as person "A" will be.
2️⃣ Ego-omnipotence is a state of consciousness characteristic of people with a low or average level of consciousness development, who possess some form of social power. Thanks to the Energies of Power that fill their Ego, they, the Mighty Ones, acquire a sense of omnipotence and omniscience, which leads to them making decisions in all areas of life, even if they do not understand them in an intellectual and educational sense.
This feeling of Ego-omnipotence leads them to the conviction that they are a special type of people, only one level below the gods in their characteristics, and therefore people must submit to their will and carry out their orders without question.
