Recapitulation is a very important psycho-emotional process in the life of all people. This process occurs every day after we enter sleep, and without it, without recapitulation, accumulation of information, emotions, sensory impulses, impressions of different origins... it would be so large and compressed, that we would find ourselves in some kind of life numbness.
This means, Children of Earth, that our functioning on the Physical and two other planes: the Emotional and the Mental, will be permanently shut down. To prevent this from happening, the process of Recapitulation has been developed.
As the name suggests, Recapitulation is the reprocessing of thoughts, emotions, sensory impulses, impressions that were once experienced... with the aim that they are now selected, classified and stored in those parts of the Memory Brain, to which they belong by their content and characteristics.
If the process of Recapitulation did not take place every day after falling asleep, the information and experiences that we experience throughout our lives would not have any effect on our consciousness, but would drift aimlessly in the space of our aura as cosmic residues. For this reason, the process of Recapitulation requires great attention, not so much in terms of conscious action on it, because this is impossible to do, but in terms of regular maintenance of this process.
It is important to emphasize this, because many people live a life that does not allow the Recapitulation process to proceed steadily and calmly. For this reason, much of the information and life experience is forever lost to you, but also to your process of consciousness development. This means that everyone who lives on planet Earth is undergoing a spontaneous development of consciousness due to the activities they carry out.
Spiritual seekers who practice some type of non-Ego meditation, in a much more conscious and complete way, accelerate the development of their own consciousness, thus creating the necessary conditions for the attainment of Enlightenment. When this entry into Enlightenment occurs is not of decisive importance, because for advanced spiritual seekers, entering into Enlightenment 2-3 lives sooner or later does not matter. What is important is that this process takes place, so that with more actions Enlightenment materializes and that after this the Enlightened One, now a Spiritualist, can contribute with his activities to the development of consciousness of the human species and to the progress of the Universe as a whole.
All of the above would not have been possible without the Recapitulation process that we discussed in the previous section of this channeling.
Considering that this process is very important on a daily basis, we, Oliver, give a request that will help you interpret the process of Recapitulation of all life situations, thoughts, emotions, sensory impulses... that are not subject to this process, that is, that wander aimlessly in the space of your aura. At the end of this process, they will be deposited in those areas of the Brain Memory to which they belong in terms of their content and characteristics.
To begin the process of Recapitulation, it will be enough to sit in a chair, close your eyes, put your hands on your knees and, when you feel that you have achieved peace on all three levels of your being: physical, emotional and mental, say the following request within yourself:
"We ask Spiritual Energies of the Universe that the process of Recapitulation can take place in us"
and it will immediately begin to process previously forgotten and unprocessed life experiences, information, and the like.
This process is of great importance for every person incarnated on the physical plane of planet Earth, because in this way your stay will acquire meaning and importance from the point of view of progress in the development of your own consciousness.
