That's a wrap on the season, and I am pretty darn satisfied with how far we made it. First seed in our group and taking the eventual winners to a Map 5 exceeded all expectations I had for this team. For being mainly a vibes and chill team, we had the chops to actually take on the entire league (minus a certain cat).
Now for some personalized messages:
Kanada - Coming from Mirage last year, there was no question that you are a top tier C League tank. I honestly really expected to have to pay a LOT more for you. This season, you outdid yourself with how much you've grown in terms of flexibility and overall gameplay. You were a C League Tank Role Star in my heart, and you'll always have a spot on any of my rosters.
learn2swim - You were a late pickup for us this season, but I'm super glad we were able to share at least some of the season together. You are cracked out on all of the tanks and you have the leadership skills necessary to bring a team to victory. Like seriously, you are any captain's dream tank. Don't sleep on this man.
Coy - Coy my boy. You are my ride or die. You are the Kobe to my Shaq. You were the leader that this team needed and I'm so glad we got another season together. Role Star. Most Improved Player. MVP Candidate. GOAT.
Pyojun - You wanted to win more than the entire team combined, and I do think that was the difference maker for so many of our games. You played your heart out on so many occasions and showed why you do deserve to be here. Good luck in whatever you get up to next!
fa1nter - For this being your rookie season, you blew my socks off constantly over the past couple months. I picked you up off a recommendation from Jimmy and I am so happy I did. You showed BPL the kind of player you are and I think you've got what it takes to make B League next season.
Melo - Hello Melo!!!!! No joke you are one of my favorite people. Beyond your clutch and calculated support play you always brought a calming presence to the team that helped us focus when we really needed to. Hope we can play again together soon.
Now, what does the future hold for me? Well, I have really enjoyed the past few seasons of C League. It does surprise me that every single year we have to hold our breath about whether or not it will even happen. My fellow C League union members, I've made so many friends and so many connections that I hope last far into the future. So I don't think I'm going anywhere.
I've seen BPL grow from a small PUGs server into a bustling production factory and competitive esports community. From everyone on staff to the other teams in every league, I give you my sincerest thanks for making this server what it is.
