Envy is a common emotion.
We envy others because of their better looks, better job, more powerful car, more knowledge, holiday in Greece and all that we ourselves do not have or cannot afford. We consider it a punishment from God, a whim of fate, a meanness of society. We feel offended and angry. We are given to see, but not given to touch and taste. Every time we see the object of our envy, the pain we feel becomes stronger because of this, and we feel somehow deceived and humiliated, and even more, we have a feeling that “they” do it to us intentionally, to enjoy our humiliation. It is not fair.
From the righteous pain that we address to everyone and no one, malice is born, which very quickly develops into hatred. Hatred may be greater or lesser, better or worse concealed, but it is here. In us. Saturated with daily envy, it grows rapidly, expands, branches out, and very quickly fills the space of our entire personality. Its fruits are bitter, and its shadow does not cool, but who cares, of all the branches we will choose the most gnarled as a club with which to restore justice. We want revenge.
We will find someone who is guilty, and more often not guilty, before us and take out our vengeful malice on him. We will not become more beautiful from this, we will not have a better job, a more powerful car, more knowledge, a holiday in Greece, but at least we will take revenge on someone for the fact that we have none of these. Let him feel the pain of the emptiness of our life, which is not what we would like. Let him suffer.
Two Types of Envy
Envy, Hatred and Revenge represent the second group of emotions that the Ego uses most often. The nature of envy can be twofold.
Sometimes envy can be positive.
Whenever you like something that someone else has and would like to have, you feel inferior and therefore experience more or less intense pain. Perhaps it is an item of clothing, social or family status, household appliances, level of education... or something else that arouses envy in you. Whatever the case, you decide to make a serious effort to achieve it and acquire the object of your envy within a few days, months or years, if it is a higher goal.
Although it was not an easy task, with sufficient dedication and work, you were able to achieve your goal, as a result of which your feeling of envy passes, replaced by joy and satisfaction from achieving the goal.
Most often, envy is negative.
When we talk about envy in a negative sense, we always talk about the trinity: Envy, Hatred, Revenge.
Envy is an emotion caused by a feeling of unfair limitation in something, which very quickly develops into hatred.
Hatred is an emotion directed at a certain person (or persons) with the obvious intention of causing them harm. What is most obvious about it is the terrible energetic tension it carries. It leads to the fact that a person filled with hatred becomes obsessed with the person he hates, and because of this, he completely loses his inner world. Over time, hatred accumulates more and more, gradually grows, intensifies and “thickens” so much that it receives its material expression, Revenge.
Revenge is a physical action by which the victim is destroyed what caused the envy, or harm is done to him in some other way that makes him suffer. In this way, the envious person transfers his own pain, which he feels because of envy and hatred, to Revenge and in this very simple way transfers it to the victim.
Therefore, for the envious person, revenge is the only way he knows to free himself from the pain he has caused himself, and thus regain his inner peace.
Forgiveness
Perhaps this is the right place to say a little more about forgiveness, because it is directly related to envy, hatred and revenge.
Why is it hard to forgive?
It seems that we rarely decide to do this, because by forgiving a person for an injustice, a crime or something else that caused us pain, we give up in this case that part of our own energy that we invested in a forced, imposed reaction, unconscious and of an energetic nature.
When it comes to personal safety and protection, people whose consciousness is completely identified with the Ego have a low tolerance threshold, so their psychological defense reactions are quick and brutal, which is how they unconsciously protect themselves in an energetic sense, closing the aura and preventing the loss of vital energy.
In people whose Ego is weak, either innately or as a result of spiritual development, the threshold of tolerance is much higher, the defensive reactions are softer or absent altogether. Therefore, during a quarrel or later, during the act of forgiveness, which from a psychological/energetic point of view is considered a defeat, they lose a large amount of vital energy.
Therefore, when we talk about forgiving the harm done, it is necessary to know that the victim was tormented not because she is bad, as the tormentor tries to convince her, but on the contrary, most often becomes a victim because as a person she is much better than her tormentor. Because of the kindness and love she feels, she endures and forgives constant abuse, hoping that in this way she will help her tormentor, and he himself will remember about love. Of course, this never, that is, never, has any effect, but the tormentor despises the victim and enjoys her pain.
In such cases, the mental disorders of the tormentor are so deep and strong that he will never change, and if the victim does not decide to make a long-term break in all ties with him/her, then the next two pages in her life often become a hospital and a cemetery.
If she does manage to break the connection for a long period of time, then forgiveness is imposed as part of the healing process, and usually occurs as follows:
In the first phase, the victim, through conscious forgiveness (most often), loses the energy with which his Ego automatically reacted, resisting the tormentor. This energy is appropriated by the Tormentor Energy Vampire. Depending on whether we are talking about an ordinary or a Psychokinetic Vampire, as well as on personal sensitivity and the amount of energy lost, this can lead to health problems, illnesses, and sometimes even premature aging. At the same time, forgiveness will give the victim the opportunity to free himself from the energy of pain and hatred that arose during the torment, and to break the energetic connection with the tormentor.
In the second phase, there is a need for healing of the Developmental Consciousness of the Soul, whose essence is changed and colored by the pain of the trauma caused by torment. Perhaps you have felt yourself or heard from someone that “The Soul hurts” – while unconsciously the person touches with his hand the place between the heart and throat chakras, where the Developmental Consciousness of the Soul has its permanent residence.
Only after his healing are the processes of forgiveness and healing of trauma restored, and the person can continue to live a normal life.
For those who are not involved in spiritual development, connecting with someone who will truly respect and love them (as they do him) is a proven way to heal trauma.
