I wrote this image up
freehand, while explaining
to a friend experiencing
loss of foot sensation @75...
The original was mailed out
several times in the past,
and posted on some of my
2008 era Web pages...
I'll find it eventually,
but meanwhile, here it is again.
Millions of people worldwide
suffer from this sensation loss,
and it is a critical danger to
the elderly, who might lose
their balance and fall...
The simplicity and applicability
of this design, no batteries or
electronics, and the ability to
be of use to prosthetics users,
or anyone with numb feet,
makes this a natural!
This is the kind of thing
that I posted on Yahoo Geocities,
before Facebook or Twitter.
