A 40-year-old man was seized by the police in Pagrati for dropping leaflets in various areas of metro Athens threatening to commit offenses against police officers. State Security analysts, using information, had placed this person under discreet surveillance and eventually managed to arrest him.
 
Specifically, the police officers found the 40-year-old to affix to the bus stop "αλσος", on Eftychidou Street in Pagrati, a sticker which read on one side, in red, the phrase "LET'S BLOODY THE MURDEROUS GREEK POLICE. "N. Sambanis, 20 years old, Perama - K. Frangoulis, 16 years old, Thessaloniki - K. Manioudakis, 58 years old, Crete - C. H. M., 58 years old, Crete. Michalopoulos, 17 years old, Thebes - Ayse , 19 years old, Xanthi...".  [note: this is a partial list of people murdered by greek police]

During the inspection, in his possession were found three more identical stickers and ten stickers which read, in red, the phrase "Since they think we're disposable.... let cops die too" and signed with the anarchy symbol and a red star.

A search was carried out by the Sub-Directorate of State Security/Department for the Protection of the State and the Democratic Constitution at the residence of the arrested man, in Byronas, in the presence of a representative of the judiciary, where the following was found and confiscated:
 
a) a large number of identical stickers,
 
b) a notebook with handwritten notes,
 
c) a book entitled "Assisted Circularity",
 
d) a book entitled 'Highly Confidential for All Subversive Use',
 
e) a red poster with the phrase "FROM GREECE TO FRANCE, EVERYONE HATES THE POLICE" and signed "in omnia paratus", Anarchist/Anti-Authoritarian collective of central Athens

g) a white-blue-black poster bearing, among other things, the computerized inscriptions "GREECE MUST DROWN... (port) cops, politicians, journalists, housewives, bosses, fascists... SO WE CAN LIVE" and signed with the inscription "in omnia paratus", Anarchist/Anti-Authoritarian collective of central Athens,

h) one (1) poster in black-gold color and bearing among others the computerized inscriptions "SQUATS DON'Τ GIVE UP -- THEY FIGHT" and signed "in omnia paratus", Anarchist/Anti-Authoritarian collective of central Athens,
