The Final Posture in Tai Chi Chuan Form

image11.jpg

We have talked several times about the benefits of practicing Tai Chi Chuan until now, this time we will reveal another piece of the Tai Chi puzzle, which will help you maintain and improve your health.

The Tai Chi form itself has a positive effect on the entire organism, but, as incredible as it may seem to you, you will get the greatest benefit after completing the Tai Chi form, standing in the final position. This position is known for all: feet hip-width apart, hands facing down at thigh level, and torso upright.

On this occasion we will add a very important part to this posture: the weight of the body must fall on the Yong Quan points of both feet, which you will achieve by bending your knees, while the thighs, stomach, chest and the front of the face must be in a vertical plane, until you feel the weight on the Yong Quan points of both feet.

After a while, you will feel a jolt in the trunk, then bring the heels of your feet together and separate the part with your toes, which will give your feet the shape of a wedge. The knees should be completely straightened and tight, and the whole body slightly leaned forward, up to the position where you feel the weight of the body on the Yong Quan points of both feet.

The length of time you stay in this position is individual, if you are sensitive to energy, you will feel when it is time to end.

In this position, there is a spontaneous channeling of a series of spiritual energies through the Parietal chakra into the Tai Chi practitioner's energy system, of which the Regeneration Energies are the most represented. The positions described represent the most important part of the practice of the Tai Chi form, we hope that Tai Chi practitioners will be convinced of this.

We emphasize that the weight of the body should be on the Jong Quan points of both feet, because then the flow of Consciousness Energy through the Kidney channels increases by 75%. That is why it is important that during the performance of the Tai Chi form, the weight of the body is on the Yong Quan point of the "full" foot.

Both described positions, especially the second one, which lasts much longer than the first, also activate increased activity of the chakras of the posterior polarity (if necessary), which absorb Energies of Functionality in the aura, which provides conditions for the generation of Activation Consciousness on the scale of 1 particle of Energy of Consciousness, spherically surrounded by 9 particles Energy of Functionality. Without a sufficient amount of generated Activation Consciousness, it is not possible to achieve progress in the process of developing spiritual consciousness.

Conclusion : During the execution of the Tai Chi form and in the final position, the weight of the body falls on the Yong Chuan points of both feet, due to which the intake of Consciousness Energy through the Kidney channels increases by 75%, which stimulates the increased activity of the seven chakras of the posterior polarity, which absorb Energy of Functionality into the aura, at the same time, through the Paraetal chakra, a flood of energies is absorbed into the aura and the energetic system, of which the Regeneration Energies are the most represented.
