Kundalini energy is a set of basic life energies that allow each person to have good physical health and functioning of the body. This means that kundalini energy is the basis of energies that take care of the functioning of the physical body, and this is where their role in the life of each person ends. Therefore, kundalini energy does not affect the development of consciousness of spiritual seekers and their entry into Enlightenment.
The Kundalini center, which is also often mentioned, is located between the navel and the pubic chakra, this is the Lower Tian Tian of the Chinese Taoists, and it can be activated to some extent by practicing some form of Chikung, but this activation of the Kundalini center will not have any effect on the development of a person's spiritual consciousness.
Let us say it again: the Kundalini center, located between the navel and the Pubic Chakra, and the energy it contains, serve exclusively for the good functioning of the physical body, which is certainly important in spiritual development. A weak and sick physical body will not allow you to indulge in the development of your spiritual consciousness, but please do not confuse its actions with the process of developing spiritual consciousness, which we have talked about in many channelings.
