The facility that Ready to Work operates out of was purchased and renovated by Bridge House, this new community was meant to house 48 individuals working in the Ready to Work program, providing housing and employment services to 38 men and 10 women.

Those wishing to join the Ready to Work program as a resident are screened, selected based on eligibility for Ready to Work and participating in program services prior to residency. Those hopeful on being accepted into Ready to Work must also go through an internship that can span from just a few days to weeks with the varying amounts of time due to every Resident of Ready to Work has a program tailored specifically to their needs.

Ready to Work is Bridge House's employment program that provides paid jobs, vocational training and support services to individuals re-entering the workforce while they work with Bridge House case management on finding out what they require in order to reach their ultimate goal of securing stable housing.

Individuals will live at Ready to Work house for about one year and will be working, participating in case management, financial management and vocational development as a condition of residency.

All residents of 4747 Table Mesa will be provided paid work for up to 29 hours per week, attend classes, pay room and board, and participate in maintaining the Ready to Work facility. Since Ready to Work operates two separate businesses - exterior maintenance and food service, there are a variety of job positions open to residents of Ready to Work during their time in the program.

A new Bridge House, Ready to Work house and employment Center is opening at 3176 S Peoria Ct, in Aurora, Colorado to replicate the same success for the community of Aurora that the Ready to Work program has done in Boulder.
