Emmanuel Katto is a business tycoon, investor, philanthropist, rally ace, and sports enthusiast from Uganda. He founded the Emka Rally squad. The Uganda rally's history and travels have been shared by the motorsport team Emka Rally Team. From the beginning in 1984 till the present, I continue to treasure every time I spent in the sport.
