"2024 was the biggest crisis for Hanul Construction's 3x3 basketball team."

NH Nonghyup Bank's 2024 KXO 3x3 budget tour and the sixth round of the KXO League, which were held in Yesan-gun, Chungcheongnam-do for two days on the 29th and 30th of last month, ended successfully with the scheduled schedule safely despite the rainy season forecast.

Behind the successful hosting of this competition was the efforts of Hanul Construction CEO Kim Soo-young. Since 2019, CEO Kim, who has been running the team for six years by establishing the Hanul Construction 3x3 Basketball Team (hereinafter referred to as Hanul Construction), has personally practiced his love for basketball without a price, making Hanul Construction the team with the longest history among the Korean 3x3 teams currently active.

Hanul Construction boasts the best level in Korea in terms of organizational power, with early members such as Bang Sung-yoon, Ryu Kyung-sik, Lee Seung-bae, Ahn Jung-hoon and Ryu Ji-seok still together. CEO Kim Soo-young's efforts are hidden in the fact that Hanul Construction players play for a long time in one team.

CEO Kim helped the players belonging to Hanul Construction to build a fitness center and pay salaries for a stable life, allowing them to work in a team for a long time. In particular, he built The B Fitness Center in Hwagok-dong, Seoul, at his own expense, allowing Hanul Construction players such as Ahn Jung-hoon, Ryu Ji-seok, and Sung Kwang-min to work as trainers, and acted as a strong support for the players.

Since the beginning of this year, CEO Kim Soo-young has worked with officials of the KXO (Korea 3x3 Basketball Federation) to ensure that the KXO Tour can be held in the budget. The KXO budget tour was successfully held on the 29th due to CEO Kim's efforts to resolve the lack of basketball contents compared to the nearby Asan region.

Kim, who spared no efforts to attract the KXO competition, even surprised KXO officials by providing unexpected gifts. Kim provided "The H Resort" in the Yedang Tourism Farm for Japanese Sagamihara and Shinagawa players who visited Korea to participate in the sixth round of the KXO League.

In the case of general team accommodation, two players usually use one room with twin beds, but the Japanese team, which was able to stay at Yedang Tourism Farm The H Resort with the help of CEO Kim, expressed great satisfaction. Yedang Tourism Farm THe H Resort has not only accommodations, but also additional facilities such as swimming pools, cafes, and galleries for players to spend their breaks well, making it a perfect accommodation for the team.

In fact, the Japanese team said, "It was by far the best hotel I have stayed in overseas competitions. The resort staff welcomed us wherever we went. We were able to do many things within the resort and the facilities were so pleasant that it became an unforgettable time. Thank you very much."

CEO Kim said, "We provided the resort in the hope that the Japanese team would rest in a comfortable environment and participate in the competition in good condition. However, the players praised me so much that I don't know what to do," and added, "I just thought our staff didn't like it because Japanese players went around every corner of the resort, took a lot of commemorative photos, and talked a lot with our staff. It's not a big deal, but it's an honor for the players to send us a proof shot," he said, rather thanking the Japanese team.

It's been less than a week since the end of the KXO budget tour, but Kim's eyes have already been on the KXO budget tour in 2025. "There has been no basketball-related content in the budget area thus far. While talking with the president of the Yesan Military Basketball Association, we decided to host the KXO tour. There were many shortcomings since it was the first time, but I think the tour ended well thanks to the efforts of many people. If the KXO budget tour is held again next year, we will make great efforts to improve the convenience facilities of players and the surrounding environment of the stadium so that the event can be held under better conditions," Kim said.

In fact, 2024 was a crisis for Hanul Construction's 3x3 basketball team and CEO Kim Soo-young, who seem to have been walking on solid roads. Due to the slump in the real estate market, Kim also faced difficulties, and as recently as the beginning of the year, there was a sense of skepticism about the team's management. However, Kim decided to run the team again this year.  슬롯사이트 순위

"I had a lot of worries this year when it comes to running the team," Kim said. "I started running the team because I love basketball so much, and I have participated in all competitions held in Korea so far. However, the aftermath of the slump in the real estate market could not be construed as our company, and I seriously agonized over the team's management. Nevertheless, I have spent six years working with the players, and I believe that just because it is a little difficult now does not mean that I am giving up what I have been doing so far, I will continue to focus only on the KXO League this year."

"The KXO League has a number of tickets to participate in overseas competitions this year, so we have decided to focus on that with the players. Players are also working hard because they want to participate in overseas competitions. Bang Sung-yoon and Ahn Jung-hoon are suffering from injuries recently, but since they have a chance to participate in overseas competitions in the second half of the year, I will work together with the players once again to win tickets to overseas competitions. As the players are willing, I want to play against overseas teams and challenge themselves to see how long we can go. We will continue to build good teams as much as we can to help them play as 3x3 players in a better environment," he said, promising to cheer up for the Hanul Construction 3x3 basketball team despite the difficult situation.
