With this placement, it gives one the ability to access higher states of consciousness and is our connection to the Universe. The Crown Chakra lifts you to the divine, aids in transformation, as well as spiritual connection. The color associated with the Crown Chakra is a regal violet and white. Violet relates to self-knowledge, spiritual awareness and is the color of spirituality. The Crown Chakra symbol is the divine circle and the lotus flower. The lotus flower is a clean bright flower which grows in the dark from mud. Sahasrara aids the awareness that you are a soul in a human body. When the Crown Chakra is unbalanced, it may bring fear, apathy, mental disorders, and brokenness. When the Crown Chakra is in balance, it may bring serenity, joy, and deep peace about life.
