Oliver, you were thinking about the cycles of spirituality, that you noticed that spirituality manifests most strongly at the peak of maturity, and later, again at about forty years of age, and this observation of yours is correct, but incomplete, since spirituality also manifests itself around the sixties of your life :).
So you have three manifestations of spirituality during one incarnation, approximately 20 years apart. This "approximately" means that these 20 years can change a year or two earlier or later, all depending on current events that can negatively affect the manifestation of spirituality. If there are no such negative events, then these cycles manifest almost accurately.
"What is their purpose ?" you wonder, Oliver.
They are designed to send a message about his/her spiritual essence to each person incarnated on the physical plane of planet Earth. They are designed to remind you that you are an immortal, unlimited spiritual consciousness, endowed with Free Will, who remembers his spiritual essence from life to life. In order to succeed in this, we are referring to the Children of Earth, Oliver, not you :), it is necessary that during life/incarnation we remind you a couple of times, three times, of who you are.
You wondered, Oliver, if all people feel this impulse of spirituality, because it is clear to you that some of them do not know about it at all, right?
Well, this impulse operates spontaneously, affecting all people throughout their lives/incarnations, but the truth is that not everyone feels it in the full sense of the word. They feel that their consciousness has somehow changed, "softened" we would say, during these cycles, but given the low level of consciousness development and lack of interest in spirituality and spiritual development, this impulse does not leave a stronger mark on them. But even though at one semi-conscious level of understanding, gradually a knowledge is born, we would say, built, about the deeper and more significant purpose of human existence and arrival on this planet.
You are wondering how long does the cycle of spirituality manifestation last during the above three manifestations, and our answer is that it lasts from 1 to 3 years, which is individual and depends on many things that we will not talk about this time.
