Tiramisu is a classic Italian dessert. This delicious and popular dessert has a soft texture. which consists of layers of lady finger biscuits and special cream (combination of cream and mascarpone cheese). تیرامیسو is a popular dessert all over the world, that's why lady finger biscuits used in it can be found in many supermarkets in Iran, but if you can't find it, don't worry, you can use petit-bour biscuits instead. Some people use cake between layers of cream instead of biscuits. Tiramisu is easy to make and if coffee is your favorite flavor, you will definitely fall in love with tiramisu.

How to make tiramisu dessert

  • first stage

Start your work by brewing coffee. Brew the coffee thick. Separate the egg yolk and egg white. Put the egg whites in a bowl and beat well with an electric mixer until foamy.

In another container, beat the egg yolk and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved in it and it becomes creamy, then add the mascarpone cheese little by little and stir until the mixture is completely uniform.

 

  • second stage

In another bowl, beat the cream well with a mixer until it forms and does not spill when turning the bowl. Then add the cream to the egg and mascarpone mixture and mix gently with a whisk. Add the beaten egg white and mix with a whisk until all the ingredients are well mixed.

  • third level

Now pour the cooled coffee into the bowl, make sure it is cold, otherwise it will crush the biscuits. Put as many biscuits as can fit in the coffee pot into the coffee and take them out quickly, our goal is to soak the biscuits and they should not stay too long in the coffee and become loose. Then put them on the bottom of the container. You can use a pyrex dish and you can use small glasses to serve dessert for one person. If you want to stack the layers in a glass, break the biscuits into small pieces so they fit better in the glass.

  • The fourth stage

After picking the biscuits, pour a part of the cream we have prepared on them and smooth it, then pour cocoa powder on it. We dip another number of lady finger biscuits in coffee and put another layer on it and continue the same process. Finally, pour cocoa powder on the tiramisu, or grate chocolate and pour it on top for decoration, or use chocolate chips.

  • The fifth stage

Put the tiramisu dessert in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours. If you have enough time, refrigerate it for 24 hours because the dessert will reach the ideal texture after this time. Then take the tiramisu out of the fridge and cut into rectangular slices and serve.
