Digital & Computational Pathology Conference

pathologyconference.jpg

In the branch of medicine known as pathology, diseases are investigated and identified using surgically removed organs, tissues, physiological fluids, and, in very rare circumstances, the complete body (autopsy)

The various yet intricately related goals of biological research and clinical care are split into various sub-disciplines in the modern practice of pathology. While a wide range of life science experts is involved in biomedical research into the disease, in most other parts of the world, in order to be licensed to practice pathology as a medical specialty, one must first graduate from medical school and obtain a license to practice medicine. The structural division of the study of disease into numerous domains that investigate or identify disease-related markers by utilizing techniques and technologies unique to various scales, organs, and tissue types. The majority of the information in this section relates to pathology as it relates to routine medical care in these systems, but each of these specialties is also the focus of extensive pathology research as it relates to the disease pathways of particular pathogens and disorders that affect the tissues of these distinct organs or structures.

About the Conference

Pathology honors all participants in the 4th World Congress on Pathology & Clinical Practice, which will be held in Madrid, Spain, on October 19–20, 2022. Participants will come from driving colleges, institutes, research foundations, and other relevant individuals. The Clinical Practice scientific program would like to welcome speakers to submit their research for consideration.

Digital Pathology

A large, image-based environment called "Digital Pathology" makes it possible to gather, organize, and interpret pathology knowledge derived from a digitalized glass slide. With specific support for teaching, tissue-based research, medication development, and the global practice of human pathology, digital pathology is quickly gaining ground as a tried-and-true technology. It is an invention devoted to lowering lab costs, enhancing operational effectiveness, increasing productivity, and enhancing treatment choices and patient care.

Computational Pathology

Using artificial intelligence (AI) tools, Computational Pathology is the report of digitized pathology images with related data. Deep learning is a form of AI method that is frequently employed in computational pathology and has the capacity to "learn" from examples of how to carry out tasks. A developing area of pathology called computational pathology promises a better-integrated approach to clinical informatics, multi-omics data, and whole-slide pictures. The ability to combine raw data from various sources, hardware processing capacity restrictions, a lack of specialized training programs, as well as questions of ethics and more general societal acceptable practices that are still developing, is some of the difficulties that computational pathology must overcome.
