Right-handed pitcher Lee Min-ho, who played a key role in the NC Dinos' bullpen, was released.
An NC official said on the 26th, "We have notified some players, including Lee Min-ho, of their release."
Lee Min-ho, who joined NC as a first-choice player for a new team in the 2012 rookie draft, is a franchise player who has played consistently for one team.
He posted 9 wins (9 losses) between starter and bullpen in 2016, and in the 2018 season, he posted not bad results with 5 wins, 4 losses, 14 saves, and an ERA of 4.68.
However, starting in the 2019 season, he suffered from major and minor injuries and his pitching games decreased. He spent the 2020 and 2021 seasons doing military service, and was unable to play for the first team this year due to an injury.
