This further means that most spiritual seekers, despite a large fund of collected knowledge about spirituality, do not have a clear vision, that is, an understanding of reality as it really is. The reason for this is the remnants of the Ego in their aura, for they represent the bearers of beliefs and life attitudes that make up the consciousness-mini-universe of a given person. Since these beliefs and life attitudes are formed most often in the early period of their development: up to 20-25 years, they usually arose spontaneously, as a result of an event that influenced them.
This further means that they represent, as it were, spontaneous and impulsive reactions-conclusions, which leads to their belonging to the group of semi-conscious emotional conclusions. And it is clear to you - we hope that this is so, that emotions represent a very low level of development of consciousness, and therefore they are unsuitable for building a person's life path on them.
Only with the rise of consciousness to the Mental Plane does one become free to see clearly the important moments in one's own life, which one can use as a stronghold/foundation on which to build one's life. Without them, one's life will be subject to changing emotional reactions that will throw one, from one side of life, to another. This type of life does not have the quality of stability and predictability of events, as a result of which one's life loses quality and reliability due to unreliability.
Therefore, to avoid such a development of the situation - the remark applies to spiritual seekers, but also to all who follow and read our channelings, it is necessary to "take" your consciousness out of the field of emotional reactions. This is certainly easier said than done, because the emotional field has a strong magnetic character/action, which automatically binds the consciousness of the spiritual seeker/person to the Emotional Plane.
We will certainly not influence spiritual seekers/people to voluntarily change the level of rootedness of their consciousness, because it is not in our nature. On the other hand, if a spiritual seeker/person feels the need to raise their consciousness to the Mental Plane, then the best way to do so is to ask us: the Spiritual Energies of the Universe that permeate the entire Universe and we will do everything in our power to help them the best we can.
The request can be made in the following way: sit in meditation pose, close your eyes, place your hands on your knees and, when you feel that you have achieved peace on all three levels of your being: physical, emotional and mental, say the following request within yourself:
“Please the Spiritual Energies of the Universe to elevate and root our consciousness on the Mental Plane.”
and we will do everything in our power to help you.
It should be noted that our help, the answer to your requests, is not instantaneous, because all spiritual processes occur spontaneously, pleasantly and gradually. For this reason, if you are not inclined to introspection of the contents of your consciousness, you may think that the request has not produced its effect, despite the fact that a change in the rootedness of your consciousness has occurred. Therefore, you must understand that impatience belongs to the sphere of Ego-reaction, while spirituality has its own course, requiring some time and spontaneity. The feeling of comfort that accompanies this process is the third part of the process of spiritual change, through which a person undergoes a change in a part of his consciousness.
This in itself cannot affect her entire consciousness, which has a fairly wide range of manifestations, but changing consciousness in parts will affect the fact that over time - these are years, even decades, a qualitative development of her consciousness occurs in full.
This will lead to a maturity of her understanding and life attitudes, thus approaching the level necessary to establish a conscious connection with her own Soul and thus begin to develop her spiritual consciousness. This part is accomplished through the Soul Meditation, which we have already discussed in the previous period.
